I order my food and didn't receive all of my ingredients or items. I ordered a country fried steak, no gravy. I also had the strawberry french toast, but was given blueberries. The store wasn't busy AT ALL! When I came back to get my items, everyone was in the kitchen area just hanging out. So irritating!

Went when the place was supposed to be open and no one was at the store and the forts were locked and most lights off. Internet and door both said they opened at 6am I was there around 645am. Only good that came from it was I tried the big biscuit a few miles away and will never go to ihop again after trying food from there.

The sewer smell in that place made it hard to eat the food we ordered. We weren't even sure the place was opened the big light is out. Parking lot was dark and empty.

Two of us came in for breakfast which was fine asked for a to go order and it was brought out. we should of checked in prior to leaving but didn't. Got to where it needed to go and half the order is missing. we tried calling three times with no answer phone just rang. returned to restaurant was waiting at the desk they saw me but no acknowledgement they finish talking at the line and a little time goes by and then someone finally asks what i need. I proceed to tell them that we were missing half our order explained the situation and just wanted refunded for the missing items (i had paid in cash)and wanted to talk to a manager if possible they walk away and after several minutes someone comes out and says they aren't available now they would have to take my name and number and call me back. Not impressed how it was handled someone should of been able to handle that without any issue and get it resolved especially when it was just a refund of items that was clear we didn't receive. The customer service is clearly an issue. Now i know why they are never really busy.

Place smells like sewage. Food was ok but service was slow and the empty coffee mugs they brought out had water in the bottom of them, and not like they had just come out of the dishwasher either.
Food was good but they brought our meals out at least 10 to 15 minutes apart

Very busy on a Sunday morning. Greeted quickly. Tables were all bussed and cleaned. William gave exceptional service he was extremely attentive and incredibly pleasant!! Food was fantastic!!

This was one of the most godawful meals I’ve ever had. The service was fine, but every meal our group ordered came out lukewarm or just cold and sad. They were out of many things but I suspect it’s just because the cook didn’t want to make them. Please go anywhere else.
