I’ve been a few times to this Jersey Mikes and man oh man am I disappointed every time. The food is always great but the staff has the worst attitudes especially the girl with the brown hair who just puts toppings on the sandwiches. I understand not loving your job but you chose to work there fake it till you make it or find a new job. Because of her and her poor attitude and making me feel as if I’m a burden I will never be back.

I ordered my food to go and when i get there 15 min later its not made and all the staff is standing around in the back not doing anything! I get everyone has a off day but common ? the one time im in a rush and no ones there the staff is chilling and talking in the back.

Ok so I ordered a Philly no cheese. The guy put cheese on it. I sat down to eat it and noticed the cheese…asked for a remake and they refused to remake it. I’m lactose intolerant…I can’t have cheese. So they messed up my order and refused to fix it.
I waited for my kid to finish his sandwich and we left. Later spoke to the owner who claimed he would refund my order…he never did.

Showed up at 8:50pm and the doors were locked and all 5 employees just looked at me. Hours said they closed at 9pm. LED signs was also turned off.

Food is excellent but store closes earlier than the scheduled time. I got there at 8:52 and they already cleaning up and put away the meat. So disappointed

Needs a new manager asap very unwelcoming the manager was training at the counter her attitude was nasty was not up to par no smile no nothing I said thank you and she said nothing and gave a nasty look and it wasn’t even packed not kind or friendly more like she hates she works there
