Ordered online got two sandwiches. One of them comes with bacon, husband added extra bacon and ended up getting absolutely no bacon. So not only did it not come with what it should have, it didn’t come with the extra that we paid 2 dollars for. This unfortunately is the second time this has happened which sucks because we used to love this place and eat here often.

I asked the cashier if I could add cold veggies/sauces to my Philly and he said ‘no’ and walked off…no pickles, no oil, nothin lol. Sandwich was super dry but feels like it had potential. Disappointed in the quality and service for the price.

Food is always good here. The service you receive depends on who is working. This last time I was in the service was not good. They only made 1 of the 3 sandwiches. I had to go back up to the counter to ask. Then, we still got our order wrong. They were not busy when we walked in, so no excuse there. SMH

The manager Autumn is very rude and the staff are very mean to each other. Overheard them talking very meanly about one of the workers and Autumn was laughing about it and joining in as well. It is sad to see the staff bullying each other.
I went into the Belton Location this evening and had the best experience!! The staff was overeager to help me and I was very impressed by their work ethic!! Thank you Chase, Chloe, Jaden, and Paige for a wonderful sandwich and Top notch Service with a smile

I’ve been a few times to this Jersey Mikes and man oh man am I disappointed every time. The food is always great but the staff has the worst attitudes especially the girl with the brown hair who just puts toppings on the sandwiches. I understand not loving your job but you chose to work there fake it till you make it or find a new job. Because of her and her poor attitude and making me feel as if I’m a burden I will never be back.

I ordered my food to go and when i get there 15 min later its not made and all the staff is standing around in the back not doing anything! I get everyone has a off day but common ? the one time im in a rush and no ones there the staff is chilling and talking in the back.
