They don't give what you want. They don't listen. Just paid for something that I did not want.

Came here after the Belton Subway workers were super rude and both the lady with red hair and a black man with a beard and glasses were super nice and helpful. And patient! I’ll be returning here!!

Complete disaster. Never going to this store again. Ordered a sandwich box and pickles the afternoon before for 10:15am pick up. Decided to show up at 10:20 to give a little extra time to make the 6 sandwiches. Pulled up and wait about 2min to be acknowledged through the drive thru speaker (the worker was out front on her phone then ran in to assist me). Told her I had a pick up order, she asked for who? I said my name. She said ok we are finishing that up, should be just a few minutes, please pull forward. Ok that’s fine. Pull up. After almost 10 minutes I’m handed a box and a half hearted apology for the delay. I asked where my pickles are and she says I didn’t have any. I show my online receipt and she says oh that’s weird it will be a few more minutes. During this time I’m like I wonder why they weren’t on the paper receipt. So I go look at it on the box (thankfully), they gave me someone else’s order. I get her attention, “hey this isn’t even my order, this is some Porscha lady’s.” She proceeds to say oh no… runs off, comes back, we are working on yours now! It will be 8-9 more minutes. After 20min waiting in the drive thru, given the wrong order and just the whole mess… I’m given the right order and I get home, open the box, mayo all over the sandwiches when the order said no mayo, take packets. Two of my friends don’t eat mayo and wouldn’t even eat the sandwiches. Not a single thing went right. Incompetent, careless employees. (Sun April 13th this happened)

Request for Refund – Repeated Order Issues
Dear Jimmy John's Belton location Customer Service,
I have ordered from your company THREE separate times, and unfortunately, each time my order has been incorrect. Despite my patience and willingness to give your service multiple chances, my most recent order was also wrong.
When I reached out, I was told they'd have their driver send out the correct order and was hung up on, no apology for the mistake, an hour later I had not received anything and called the store and was told they could only offer a credit to my account instead of a refund then hung up on me again. However, since I no longer plan to order from your company due to repeated mistakes, a credit is not a suitable resolution. I kindly request a full refund for my most recent order, as I did not receive what I paid for.
I would appreciate a prompt response and a resolution to this issue. Thank you for your time.

I’ve ordered a #12 and the sandwich only came with cheese and lettuce. No turkey nor avocados were added.

Must be stale bun Sunday I bought two subs today with rock hard buns.
Gave me the wrong sandwich. I emailed and they apologized but didn’t offer to give me the correct sandwich. The veggie sandwich I got stuck with was so gross. I ordered a BLT. My first time ordering jimmy Johns. Won't be ordering here again.

Very rude staff. Got yelled at by guy at front counter because he didn’t like how fast I was ordering. Turns out he was the manager . Would never go again.

I know I can count on Jimmy John’s to grab a quick lunch when I’m in a rush. I order on the app and they know me by name when I go pick it up. Always yummy and filling.

Went in for lunch there was no line, there was only two people working a female and male. The female had great customer service the male was angry tossing sandwiches on the counter (I’m assuming it was a drive thru order) I ordered a sandwich without mayo and the guy put mayo on it anyways. It took 20 mins to make, 4 people that came in after me got their food before me, terrible service.

Had to change my rating to this place. First I had to watch my sandwich be made on a dirty surface. I asked for no tomatoes, and I got tomatoes. I didn't even get mayo or mustard on my sandwich.

Pretty sad when you go to jimmy John’s and you can’t eat much off the menu due to dietary restrictions but want to try to enjoy a dinner with your husband and they charge the full price of a sandwich when you ordered turkey, bacon, mayo and avocado only and they give you minimal amount of meat with most of your avocado spread smeared on the paper it’s wrapped in. They could atleast give your more meat if they are going to charge you $9.49. I had to come home and add my own mayo since they forgot. At least I was able to come home and add my own gluten free cheese and bread. Won’t be eating here again until they become more inclusive with their options.
