They skimp big time on meat. I ordered my usual- Vito unwich. Literally maybe a half of piece of salami, no cheese, and a thin piece of chicken. Disgusting. I asked for extra mayo- there was none! I had a giant lettuce nothing sandwich. I’m just in shock because I’ve ate these forever. Other locations wouldn’t dream of doing this. Really bad. The owner must be hurting and so he’s embracing the shrinkflation technique . It’s really sad. You’d think the JJ brand wouldn’t allow him to get away with this. Tough to pay $10 for a lettuce wrap with nothing in it. I won’t be back at this location. Lawrence, Westport, Shawnee Mission, all fantastic. Not Belton.

So many times I’ve gone there, they are closed!! They always seem to close and hour or more earlier than what their sign says. The bread is always so hard! Then most of the time, they are out of bread! Very inconvenient!

Can't get things correct ever, you can literally specifically ask them to cut a sandwich in half and they won't even do that correctly.Haven't ordered from them once without issues.

Will not go back to this location. Bread overcooked. Ham wa fatty and gremlin meat, couldn't eat it. Asked for freebies.. got one onion on my whole sandwich .. really?? They don't customize and are so stingy in all "FREEBIES" even though I minused tomato... charged for a water cup. Girl up front had super long fingernails that shouldn't be allowed in food making Industry. Better options around. Just avoid this place!

Good sandwiches. Jimmy John's is one of my favorite sandwich places. It is so much better than the other place that is everywhere. High quality ingredients and really fast service is really appreciated.

I will not be returning to this location. I paid 11.00 for a sandwich that my child could have made. Ordered through door dash and it did not say it would be served on basic sliced bread. Also I paid extra for Avocado which was not even on the sandwich. I would not be as upset but this is the third horrible experience we have had in the last year with this location.

The previous review was spot on. It wasn’t an isolated experience, especially if the reviewer was in on a weekend. I’ve been here twice on a weekend and it’s the same employees who drag their feet, appear confused and don’t appear to want to work. Understaffed. Underpaid and under-motivated.

Workers are a joke, I know they don't get paid much but should still be able to do their job. Both of my orders were incorrect and was not the advertised "freaky fast." I love other Jimmy John locations. Maybe it was just a bad experience, but this location definitely has some sub par employees from what I have witnessed.

I love Jimmy John's but this particular store has failed with customer service too many times. Between slow service and rude drive thru employees this has become worse each time I go. Last time I went I asked for a Chicken Caesar wrap as unwich. I was told they can't make it despite it being on the menu. When I said that the drive thru employee said they couldn't make it. He offered that I "argue" with the manager and then interrupted me as I was trying to explain the confusion on why they couldn't make it. The manager was helpful and explained and understood my confusion but at that point I didn't want to give them my business. For the record it says thru the app you can make an Chicken Caesar wrap as unwhich. So really have no clue if or why they couldn't.
