They are constantly improving the space for customers and I’m always happy to support a local business with some excellent quality products. I believe they are present at the Overland Park farmers market on Saturday mornings as well.
Had a great time visiting KC Buffalo Co. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and personable. I was also lucky enough to be there when they were giving treats to the Bison and as a result I got some great pictures.
They produce some or the best tasting Bison I've ever had and I have eaten Bison from several sources in a few different states. It was great getting to pick some up directly from the people who raise them.
