Great meat raised by great people! I love the bison and beef. My family eats a lot of meat and it is wonderful to help support local farms. We have had the brisket, multiple cuts of roast, ribeye, strips, filets and of course ground. Our daughter loves to visit the farm store to see the animals as well!
KC Buffalo Co/Batchelder Family Farms is a terrific local business. The bison is high quality, healthy, and delicious. Brad and Jenn are delightful to deal with during every transaction we have had over the years. Jenn spent a great amount of time taking our 3 year old grandson on a farm tour with all the animals last year. Highly recommend this business to all.
