Came to pu pot pie 5:15pm none ready comeback in 22 minutes I returned ready got home the center not done no chicken inside or gravy called over five times phone rang then would hang up The young man at window was friendly thank you

Went just for hot wings. I passed up on the one in grandview mo. Just because I wanted to be closer to the house. Bad decision, I get there and they tell me I couldn't get my wings cooked to order because they already had wings ready! So I got wings cooked to order at churches and cooked to order and less expensive! I Ment to mention it's in Belton. Sad!

I was not very happy with this place I had to wait in line for 20 minutes to place my order then they didn't even have to place my order I had to go to the kiosk to order no customer service and when I got got my food it was cold and old like it been sitting in the warmer would not recommend to anybody

I stopped by at 8:30 last night for a 12 piece tenders meal. They were not busy I was the only car in the drive thru and no one was inside. I still waited on my food and I dont mind waiting. However, I got home and I only had 8 Tenders. It is bull because that is $50 meal, and it is already not worth $50 but my kids and I were hungry and I worked all day. I tried calling and no one answers.
We were so excited to try your chicken sandwich.......and so disappointed that we did. The chicken had been sitting under a headlamp for some time. It was dry and semi cold. So so so so disappointed....will stick with chick fillet or Popeye's.

It is 1015 I got here. I tried to come in. They were closed so I went through the drive-through. No one answered the drive-through so I was gonna leave and I saw an employee coming in. I asked her are you guys close today? She looked at me like she was confused and then the manager of the place Open the window through the drive-through and was kind of rude to me about it. She just said she’s running late today, but she didn’t say sorry she didn’t say nothing so now my time my money is wasted waiting on this DoorDash food so I can deliver it to the customer so not only am I waving, but the customer is waiting for their food as well And the manager is rude
