I wouldn't even put a star if I had to. The The food is very plain , seem old and stale. Kfc is really lower there standard. Food taste old.

Worst experience at a kfc and that says alot. Ordered a family 16 piece wait 15+ min three people came in after us and had food before us. I expected with the long wait some food was being made fresh it was not. Drove home less than 8 minutes away food was extremely old and only had 12 pieces. Called immediately they offered to replace with freshly cooked chicken. I packed the old chicken up drove back received an apology and new chicken. I was skeptical as it didn't feel super hot but kids were waiting show up and it was the same age chicken as my first batch. The craziest part was it still wasn't a 16 piece it was only 14 never eating there again.

I received the wrong order. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to fix it or refund the order. They said only a manager could fix it, and there wasn't a manager on site. So I was stuck with food I didn't want.

Great Location!! All the staff are courteous and professional. The order was exactly. Correct and the food was fresh and hot. The dining room was clean and the trash was empty and the drive through was moving a T a good pace.
Order delivery from this store at 9pm, store closes at 11pm. The food we got tasted like it was cooked in 1974. Completely inedible...what you pay for to have this food delivered they could at least cook the food fresh instead if getting rid of garbage left over from 4pm.

I ordered the three strips with fries and a drink. The fries had to have been hours old. I couldn't even finish one fry. I tried a different one, thinking it was just that fry, and I spit it out. Absolutely disgusting. The chicken strips felt like I was chewing on rubber. Definitely never coming back
