We were here a while back and our food was delicious. I guess I forgot to leave a review then. Last night we were passing through Belton and my wife said we should stop at the small grocery store and eat dinner there. Again, our meals were delicious, we were greeted with smiles and friendly people.
They were helpful by explaining the menu items and taking our order. We chose a table and our food was brought to us hot and delicious. We will be back soon.

Authentic Taqueria, check. Good food at great prices, check. Honestly no reason to go to Chipotle when a burrito from here is twice as good as half the price. The hot sauce has some good kick to it so be careful if you are uninitiated. Overall I enjoy La Lupita. It isn't the best taqueria I've ever been to, but it is the best in this region that I've found so far.

My brother showed me this spot a while back, he used to work down the street… been there a couple times, and it always smacks… highly recommend the tacos, great quality and great price.
