Absolutely atrocious turn around time. Every time I’ve gone there in the past 4 months I’ve had a 20+ minute wait with a mobile order regardless on how big it is or how busy they are. There’s never anyone at the front even when the line is massive. They’ll call out an order number look at the crowd for less than a second and then leave it on the takeout shelf for up to 5-6 minutes before a worker will arrive to take one order before disappearing for several minutes. Probably the shittiest McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to.

Last time I'm coming here. They gave me a coffee with the lid halfway off and it spilled all over me and part of my car. They weren't even focused on making the orders for customers,they were too busy dancing to Mexican music.

They don’t give the McDonald’s franchise a good name. Slow pace, dirty, orders wrong 9/10 . Would rather go to raymores location or starve myself then to get food here hope they change the staffing around and making this location better .

The employees are always rude. They always pull mulitple cars up. Waited 20 mins today for 2 sandwiches and hash browns. I hope their management gets better. It has went down hill. If I had time I would have went to another place.

So I'm a little backwards and I asked this guy which way to Kansas City and all he could tell me was to go forward
They mess up every single order. I have ever made there, now after 5 mess ups in a row. I am done here, The late night manager hardly spoke english and was rude. As can be does not care about the customer just complains and should be reprimanded. This place used to be a great place to get some food. And it has just become an awfully ran. Poor management, terrible food, kind of place. Don't expect a full fry when you go there, by the way.

It's a Macdonalds. This one in particular I've had the best experiences with staff. Being attentive and nice even with random customers or Uber pickup screaming at them. Food is speedy and usual quality for Macdonalds. I drive further to get to this Macdonalds than the one near me. Even when I just need a quick bite to eat, this one is the most reliable and fastest in the area
