Went to get a coffee this morning and that crap was disgusting!!! The whole bottom of my cup was coffee grounds that they tried to cover up with caramel! I’m so pissed they wouldn’t drink that crap!

Where are all the REAL employees??? I don't want to order at a kiosk. This is mcdonalds for crying out loud, it was just fine when I was a kid I don't know what they've done to it. This location will not salt your fries properly either.

Ordered on mobile app. Pulled up to drive thru. Spoke into order intercom. Pulled up to order window and given order receipt. Pulled up to the order pick-up window and instructed to park in designated spot where customers wait for their orders to be BROUGHT TO the customer waiting in their vehicle parked in the designated spot as instructed. While waiting in said spot, it began PORING RAIN WITH GUST OF WIND AND LIGHTNING. After observing through rear view mirror FOUR (4) customers who were BEHIND me in line pull up to the order pick-up window, handed their orders then pull OUT of parking lot infuriated me. Finally I see an employee standing at the order pick-up window staring directly at my vehicle motioning for me to drive back up to the said window, hollering inaudible instructions as IF my window was down WHILE it was POURING RAIN outside just eagerly awaiting for an employee to HOLLAR additional instructions in order to collect my PAID order.
*** THE WAY THIS McDonald's HANDLED THE DELIVERY OF THEIR FOOD WAS NOTHING SHORT OF RIDICULOUS AS WELL AS A CLEAR DEMONSTRATION OF EXTREME LAZINESS AND DELUSIONAL SELF IMPORTANCE TO AVOID HAVING TO WALK THE CUSTOMER's FOOD TO THEM, WAITING IN THEIR VEHICLE AS INSTRUCTED, IN THE PORING RAIN --- RIDICULOUS, LAZY, and SELFISH!!! ***

Worse experience! Drive thru and inside always take forever! 30mins in drive thru got to the Order box and sat there while the took 4 other orders from the other speaker ignoring us.

No ketchup, no ice, no sweet tea. Hamburger was over cooked, frys were under cooked. Meal took over 20 minutes and it 2pm, not even the busy time. Music coming from the kitchen was way to loud. No customer service at the front counter. Won't be back.

McDonald’s – Belton, Missouri (I-49 Location) – 4/5 Stars
This McDonald’s is a solid, reliable stop—especially if you’re traveling through the Belton area. The restaurant is generally very clean, and the play place makes it a great choice for families with kids. It’s a larger location with plenty of seating, and access from I-49 is quick and convenient.
Service today was quick, which matches my usual experience here. They’re pretty efficient with getting orders out.
That said, my biggest gripe—and it’s been consistent—is that they don’t offer ketchup unless you specifically ask for it. It seems like such a small thing, but when you’re on a short lunch break or trying to eat on the go, it’s annoying to realize you’re missing it and then have to go back and wait again—especially since there’s often no one immediately at the front counter anymore.
Overall, it’s a good location, but that ketchup issue keeps it from being a full five stars.

Mcdonalds stole my money again with the app, not the first time. Ordered breakfast 10:57am charged my credit card drove the store told me they can’t make my food anymore but took my money. I need the owner to call me and give me my money and time back, absolute criminal.
