A bone in a Filet-O-Fish broke my tooth. See below. McDonalds has done nothing. Edit: McDonalds commented below and referred me back to the same feedback link that I have already used 3 times without any meaningful assistance. Edit: I called 1-800-BIG-MACS they are looking into it. I am not going away.
Update: McDonalds has done nothing. They haven’t even offered to replace the sandwich.

Workers don’t understand what you’re saying when ordering through the drive through. Had to repeat my code 4 times because the woman couldn’t understand English. Also, ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge and it came with less than a regular does. The excuse was “we ran out but if you wait 5 minutes we will change the bag and get you more”. How about you change it now because you have an order that needs it? You’ll be better off going to another location.

I placed an online order for pickup, drove to the window, gave them the order code drove around, after waiting for a couple minutes at the second window they asked to pull forward, after waiting for 15 minutes they finally brought my food out with no ketchup and no sauce. After walking in the were yelling about where is somebody they handed me a bag with ketchup and sauce with no words spoken, no sorry about that, no here you go, just an outreached arm like I was an inconvenience because they forgot to read the ticket.

Awful, gave us the complete wrong order, we ordered a Big Mac, nuggets, spicy chicken sandwich and three fries. We got the Big Mac but one fry, and two cheeseburgers which we did not order. Do not recommend going to this McDonald’s.

Prices are ridiculously high and sandwiches have gotten smaller in size. The food is not necessarily quality. They have a TV but they won't turn it on so customers can watch anything, not even if a customer asks, obviously because management does not like or respect customers and only want their money and then for them to leave soon thereafter. I think people should boycott McDonald's until respect and good customer service returns.

Tables were dirty, it took a long time to get food .
It was busy, managers fault for not keeping up to standards.

Constantly having to get a refund since employees aren't checking bags to make sure all items are there
Been here a couple times and had fresh food and pretty good service. A lot more reliable than some other McDonalds in the area.
