Fell in love with the lavender ice cream at the chocolate shop inside Union Station a few years ago. Only recently discovered it's made by One More Scoop, who have two shops of their own - one in Belton, Missouri & one on Vivion Rd north of the river in KC. Good prices, good flavor selection, good ice cream. I am usually a chocolate girl, but after a taste test, I couldn't resist a cone of mango sorbet with orange sherbet on a hot summer day. My hiking buddy had a chocolate mix rootbeer float that made him much happier than his posing smile would indicate.
It was my nieces birthday & she loved it there & so did i. The seating area outside was a bonus. The portions were so generous we couldn't finish our cones all the way!
