Ridiculous wait time! We ordered two large pizzas and it wasn’t ready until over 30 minutes after the estimated time. There were a lot of people in there at the same time as me who were waiting just as long if not longer. Worst part is that no one was offered a discount or any compensation of any kind for how long we waited.

I love pizza, I don’t love this place. There’s an individual that works at this location, bit of an older white guy, kinda short with glasses. I have witnessed him say racial slurs to his black co-workers.
I mentioned the incident to a woman supervisor and she just got upset with (me) for sharing this info. I do not recommend this place or its current atmosphere.

How is this place even in business? Absolute hog slop for “pizza”. Pretty sure they ran it through the dishwasher after they baked it. Gross, gross, gross.

It’s kind of like knowing you will get trash for food but at least it’s the same old trash, except this time, it’s really indescribable how bad it was.
Of course we couldn’t eat it, and of course we had to go to Mod Pizza instead.
Also, tried to pay with a $100 bill for a $60 order. He said, “nah, we can’t take hundreds at this location”. Ok so I get my wallet to pay with a card. As I am putting in my PIN number the guy next to me pays with a $100 bill. I crap you not, this is the truth.

We had a really bad order a couple weeks ago. I complained to the website and they fully refunded our order. We thought we would try again and the pizza wasn't good. The bread sticks looked like cheese was thrown on them and the cookie pizza was overcooked. Won't be ordering from here anymore.

They delivered the wrong order. I had a school trip with students and ordered pizza for lunch. The driver took his time to arrive and delivered the wrong order, mixing cheese with sausage pizza.

Absolutely horrible. I picked my order up and the man behind the counter was making a pizza without gloves on. He was definitely on drugs, sweating and wiped the sweat off his forehead with his hand and placed his hand back on the pizza dough and continued making the pizza. He was spinning the pizza dough up his arm. I took my order home and threw it in the trash. After being a nurse and working a 14 hour day and not getting to eat dinner because this is what I witnessed picking up my food, I would not recommend or come back.
I work for a school and we all were given "one free large pizza" coupons from this papa John's but when I used mine to order a pizza online I was surprised when I came in to pick it up and they were charging me.
I explained the situation to the manager and the little h.s. dropout had the nerve to tell me to never use that coupon again 😆...
