Went to order pizza asked if i could pay when I got back because i forgot my card 3/14 said yes it would be fine. It would be done when I got back. I was gone 10 mins wasnt even started. When he rang up the ordee it was wrong. I didnt catch it I orded a chicago made me a cowboy charged for a cowboy was told i needed to pay 3.22 I said they should pay for it beings it was the 3rd time there. The excuse of not being ready the 1st time we got slammed. There were 2.other.ladies in beforw me coming back and one said she had called her orswr in 45 mins pryor.

UPDATE:
I was finally able to speak with the owner who advised the "manager" never communicated the issue nor passed along my information. The owner made it right by refunding my money (3 weeks after the manager lied and said she did). The owner apologized for the poor treatment by the manager.

I am very disappointed when they will not refund an online order that they failed to fulfill. The on duty manager was beyond rude during MULTIPLE interactions and ultimately refused to let me speak with an owner. I emailed corporate who advised an owner was the only one who could help. Sadly I do not recommend this location due to the rude management.

Big RAVE for an employee named, Chase, at Papa Murphy's Pizza! We loved their pizza, but haven't had it in a few years, so wanted to get one of our past favs tonight. I ordered the Cowboy Pizza. Chase made it exactly how I specified and it was absolutely the very BEST pizza we've had anywhere local in quite awhile. Thank you for your attentiveness, we will definitely be back again!

Every employee was great, all of the young men and the young lady were great!!! The young man that took my order was very professional and so nice. The young lady has an infectious smile! I watched them all for a few minutes and they all worked as a GREAT TEAM! They all either asked me how my day was or told me to have a great evening! If I still had my company, I would hire everyone there!! Manager is doing a great job! Unfortunately I burned my pizza😞 will definitely go back soon!
