Almost $50 for 2 pizzas. One of which was messed up and had to be redone. They said it would take ten minutes. Over 30m later it was sitting there and nobody bothered to say the order was ready to go. While waiting the crew were constantly yelling and using profanity. From what it sounded like they were screwing up other orders as well. Will not be going back again.

Made me wait 20 extra minutes for a cheese pizza that they messed up or dropped. This is unacceptable, told me it'd be 9 minutes to make it.

I ordered pizza, wings, breadsticks, fries on Wednesday. I was missing food. I called the store immediately after getting it delivered. And with the way the roads are I asked for a simple refund for the items I didn't receive. They told me it was refunded and I would see it within 24 hours. Still yet to hit my account.

Back track a few weeks ago, I ordered online, simple order of pizza and some wings, ice and snow had passed roads were clear. My order arrived incorrect and cold. Called the store to tell them of their mistake, I’m a guy who gives people the benefit of the doubt. They were real quick to offer me a credit of my original purchase price without tax. Fast forward to today called to call in that credit. Doesn’t exist! Corporate is useless. Will never eat at Pizza Hut from belton again. These people are incompetent. This isn’t the first time they’ve screwed up. Only the first time I saw the need to call and express my displeasure.

The Pizza was prepared correctly, however, they are being way too stingy with the marinara sauce. My pizza today looks like dried up flat bread. I can't even tell it was any sauce was put on it. Quality still matters and shrinkflation is ruining food service everywhere.

I was shopping at Price Chopper in the complex and decided to catch a pizza.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The Pizza came out perfect. Pizza came out on time.
Location was easily accessible , with plenty of parking and handicap parking.
There was a bench inside to wait on.
Unsure if there is a public restroom.

This pizza hut has gotten tremendously better over the last month not only in food quality but the customer service. I have ordered here twice in the last month and the experience was exceptional and the pizza wasnt burned and actually had toppings on it! Steven helped me and provided the most outstanding customer service I've ever received at this location as well as others by far!
Every time i go to this place they always get my order wrong. Hardly any sauce on my wings. Asked for extra sauce on the pizza they just give me the tiniest cup of it on the side. Cant read or just dont care. Tastes fine, but still…. Not the first time either. Gave up on this place. 35$ btw.
The new Tavern sty pizza was great new favorite. Service was quick and the we on the money.

Had to wait less than 20 minutes for a personal pan pizza, and a side of bread sticks, but it ended up being really good. Service was good. Demaijah did a good job. He was very kind. Atmosphere was pretty lively.
