TWO charges ONE order!
Went to drive through paid for my order and got receipt that showed only my order. Checked bank account next day and saw charges for not only my order but for an additional order of 6.04 which was NOT something I ordered nor received.

I wanted to bring an ongoing issue to your attention regarding third-party delivery orders. Today, I placed the same 5-piece tender meal order through both DoorDash and UberEats.

When DoorDash delivered my order, the receipt showed a lower charge and the tenders were missing. I called the store, and I was told the order only showed sides and a drink on your end, not the full 5-piece meal.

Because of this, I submitted the same order through UberEats. Before the order was prepared, I called to confirm what came through. Once again, it only showed sides and a drink. The employee I spoke to agreed to add the tenders manually.

The issue isn’t the individual mistake — it’s that both platforms are sending incomplete meal details to your location. This means customers will continue receiving incorrect orders and your store will continue getting calls about missing items.

Please look into whatever system error or menu mapping issue is causing 3rd-party orders to come through inaccurately. This is clearly something affecting your location specifically, and it needs to be corrected so customers actually receive the meals they pay for.

Popeye's is one of my favorites, but now I'm worried that when I place orders here, it's not going to be accurate.

Live 25 miles from Popeyes.. Two times in six weeks I ordered 8pc signature meal and wanted the rice and beans.. Was given mashed potatoes and gravy both times..In reading reviews I also noticed the thigh pieces being halfed.. Concerning all fast food places that wanted pay raise, totally disagree.. Most places lack good customer service giving right orders and skillfully preparing food.. Their skil set should be barely above minimum wage. Give hard working construction workers the pay raise. Plus the fact pay raise equals higher prices.

Very bad experience food is horrible I wouldn't feed it to my dog they messed my order up i asked for wings in the drive thru went home and total opposite what they gave me was and looked liked they injected it with steroids.Very bad I spent 28.00 dollars. Took it back tried to switch it out management said no. I've given them several chances before I'm totally done. With this location. Garbage.

I went through the drive thru, the food was hot and fresh, but I really wanted to give a very good customer review for Asher, he was so friendly and extremely professional, you don’t encounter that type of great customer service much at fast food restaurants. So good job Asher, we need more employees like you at places of business, you definitely have the potential with your personality and attitude to go very far.

Food was crap. Service was crap. Ordered 2 chicken wraps, they made us pull forward and wait 2 mins. Lady came out to hand us our order and we asked her for ranch since we didn't have a chance to even talk to the guy at the window he immediately made us pull forward. Only ones in line too. She was annoyed with us and said we can come in to get the ranch. I used the drive thru so we didn't have to come in. Blackend chicken wrap chicken feels like rubber. I'm not even going to try and get my $3 back. Don't suggest this location!
