The last few times I have gone it seems like the employees just do not care and purposely are shorting people. I got only 4 strips in my Caniac combo along with a small drink when it’s supposed to have a large drink. The last few times in fact have received a small drink instead of the large. I should not have to correct your staff for what I paid for. There becomes a time when you’ve got to figure the issue out or lose consistent business.

I’ve had good experiences at Raising Cane’s before but I was floored at the rude treatment today. I placed an order in drive-through pulled to the window to pay and neither of two employees took my payment. One proceeded to do her makeup while I sat there in my car. 3 cars behind me also waiting with none in front. Both employees walked away from window and left me waiting. I drove off with no food. I’m on a lunch break from my work so the inconvenience was rough.

8/26 7:36 pm in the drive thru. The girl taking the order on the speaker was flat out hateful! If it wasn’t for the young guy taking the payment thru the window that was so nice I would have left

I really tried to walk into Raising Cane’s with an open mind. I’d heard people rave about it like it was some holy grail of chicken spots. Spoiler alert: it’s not. It’s just chicken fingers. That’s it. No nuggets, no wings, no variety — just the same bland strips of chicken with a side of disappointment.

Let’s start with the menu — or should I say, the lack of one. It’s basically:
• Chicken fingers
• Chicken fingers in a sandwich
• Chicken fingers with a sad little piece of toast
• Fries that taste like they gave up on life
And that’s it. No spicy option. No BBQ. No ranch. Just some overrated sauce that tastes like ketchup mixed with mayo and regret.

The toast? Soggy and greasy.
The fries? Limp and underseasoned.
The chicken? Dry, flavorless, and straight-up boring.
And the “Cane’s Sauce” everyone worships? Couldn’t even save the meal — it just made everything taste slightly more edible in the same way dipping cardboard in sauce might.

Also… who thought it was a good idea to build a whole restaurant around ONE item and not even do it exceptionally? Chick-fil-A is laughing in the background, and honestly, so am I — just not for the right reasons.

Final thoughts: If you want overpriced, uninspired food that looks like it came from a middle school cafeteria tray, Cane’s is your place. Otherwise, save your money and your taste buds.

Never going back. 0/10

Best customer service I’ve ever had in my 60 years of living, a worker named Abdulrahman Benkhadra helped me out so much, I’m 60 years old and have problems seeing and walking he came out of his way to help me walk to my seat and read me the whole menu. Please if the owner is reading this this young boy deserves a raise! Will definitely bring my family to this location and look to seeing that young boy! Thank you raisin canes!

Might be better to eat there. 10 minute drive home and it was soggy and not very good at all.
