I’ve went three different times to give them another chance. The drink I have been ordering is one of specials and I pay extra money for the cold foam and add ons and the drink always comes with whip cream and tastes nasty. So I’ve tried it at multiple other locations and it tastes great. Something just isn’t right at this location. If I order food and ask for no egg it comes with it on it still. It’s like they aren’t paying attention to the order screen. This is the only location I’ve ever had problems with. If you want a good coffee I don’t recommend this location. Forgot to note: it not like they were busy, I was the only one there.

Who can't do an overpriced coffee? Every other corner you see a coffee store. However, the lady at the window was charming and I loved my little saying on my drink. They have little gifts. They've been given on the window seal at the drive through window and I know understand why. It's a permanent reminder from their customers, showing them they're the best place around.
I'm not a coffee snob, but I really appreciate the positivity and attitude that they showed me there. Every scooter's is great, but this one has outshined them all.
Hate begots hate and smiles are contagious, you choose what to spread. This place obviously chooses to spread love and smiles. The coffee doesn't last long but the positive attitude makes it all the way through the day.

This was my first time at this scooters location. To make a long story short I had the WORST day and spent a ton of time in tears. I thought to myself i could really use a sweet treat. I pull up to the speaker to order. The person on the other end was patient with my questions. They had an “ask me about” a joke sign. So at the window I ask about the joke and the cashier was just so friendly. When I revived my drink they said “here you are diva!” Or something like that and because of this i didn’t cry the rest of my way home. Would come again.

My daughter and I were craving a scooters smoothie and coffee at 720pm so we visited the Belton location where we were greeted with a smiling face and quick, excellent service from Missy. On top of the excellent service, the drinks were amazing and just what we were craving!
Support local coffee shops, but this is always the best second choice !

The new drink did not taste like salted caramel at all, just a regular carmelicious, but costs extra.
There was a curly, dark colored hair in my drink. Luckily I noticed it before I sucked the hair down, but I was pretty shocked. I had already drank about half my drink before I saw it, soooo yeah.
