Was absolute trash.... you can't get a decent cheesy tot or chili cheese tot to save your life.. the tots are fresh, but there's never any toppings.. I literally stop here twice a year to see if anything has changed and I'm still disappointed.. customer service is great, but the food is nowhere near what it should be..

I made an online order. I orders 1 large SWEET tea, 1 medium OREO CHEESECAKE SHAKE, and 1 medium STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE SHAKE. My order was messed up which happens sometimes no big deal. I was given a CHOCOLATE PENUT BUTTER SHAKE, a M&M BLAST, and a UNSWEET TEA. I gave my order back to the car hop and waited over 20 minutes for someone to come back out and speak to me. They then proceed to give me the WRONG ORDER AGAIN!!! They then came back out with the two sakes but yet still didn't get the tea portion right. I WILL NOT be going back to this sonic. I go to other sonics in the area and never have issues. I just don't understand!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER ANY SONIC BLASTS at this location...according to Sonic menue .it's supposed to be filled w/LAYERS of Reeses peanut butter cups, Mini Reeses pieces, peanut butter, Sonics vanilla soft seve ice cream & more Reeses on top. The last few I've received has a lot of ice cream and a few sprinkles of Reeses dust on top. The owner is banking on selling you a shake at blast prices.

I paid 6.00 almost for a Sonic Resee's Peanut butter cup Blast
Again ...there aren't ANY pieces of Resee's pieces in it at all ??! Makes no sense whatsoever
I've been buying them at your establishment and across the country for years and have never had a problem with the Resee's Blast ever until this last year at your establishment only...makes no sense
You said that your employees were "wasting" product ,by putting too many toppings in the Blasts,but I do not believe that because that means every employee around the map has been doing that for over 8 years or so," whenever you first came out with them" ...
To pay that much for a vanilla shake with just a few sprinkles off peanut butter cup on the top IS NOT worth 6.00
So I would advise that anyone who likes Resees Peanut Butter cup Blasts not to order from this store because they're ripping their customers off big time
And im not one to complain about anything so don't get me wrong ...this is probably only the 4th time in my lifetime I've ever complained about food at anytime in my life ,and especially to post it
So in saying that...yes ,it's that bad

Sonic does not offer root beer floats to be order through door dash. I paid an up charge and ordered a vanilla shake and I called sonic within 30 seconds of placing my order and just asked for her to change it to a root beer float. The manager, Billy Woods told me she was unable to simply put vanilla ice cream and root beer in a cup rather than the vanilla shake, even though the cost was the same. Root beer floats are one of the few drinks my autistic son enjoys and I was refused even though it’s been done for me twice just last week. Billy would rather argue with me and refuse my drink. I personally believe she would benefit from a management training course.

Went on Saturday, got the kids the new grilled burger, and i got the queso wrap. The wrap was lacking at best. It was so good that I came back today. But today, service was lacking. They gave us 2 grilled chesses instead of the new burgers.. called and manager Michael made it seem like it was my fault that I didn't get the correct items... I definitely won't be back to this location... new menu, new look, same disappointment in service.

Looks like the health department decided to stop by...

The super sonic breakfast burrito back in the day was delicious, now it’s half the size, skimpy ingredients and missing the tots even though it should come with them. Waste of money sadly especially when everything has gone up cost wise.
