I really hope the managers read these because the employee tonight was amazing. I'm pretty sure he was the only one working, which I know sucks. But the employees name was Reese, and i think he absolutely deserves a hell of a raise.

I ordered a BOGO foot long chili dog. I got 2 foot long dogs. Only an ounce of chili on it. So little that half the hotdog had none. This is the second time this has happened. I spoke with cooperate and there are no guild lines to the amount of chili to put on it. I spoke with the manager the first time and I was informed that it gets one spoon full. Not a ladle full but a teaspoon full. I spoke with the district manager that was going to fix this. I tried again months later and yet the same results. I am done with all Sonics. These companies believe we as customers are stupid. They are cutting back the quantity and the quality to save a few bucks on food cost. I am boycotting all companies that rob their customers and don't feel any shame in doing it. Save your money and go where you are valued. This Sonic in Belton MO do not care about you one bit.

Been going to Sonic since i was just a little Tommy and loved it i mean who wouldn't.. The ice cream, classic shakes, the burgers and the drink choices alone make your eyes cross before you can decide from the possibilities... Of course the menu has changed over the years as have i... Around 50+yrs of change to be honest anyway I've visited Sonic in Belton 3 nights in a row each time the ice cream machine was closed for the night made order online and when picked up didn't have it correct replaced 1 item with lesser value items but charged greater value items priced with no offer to make it right... I'm very disappointed with this store and the management that allows it to happen i live 1 block away now will walk by to another place.... Last thought... Still love Sonic just not Belton Missouri Sonic ... When advertise close at 12 then close at 12 not at 1030 and just pick what you want customers to have so you want have to do your job your paid for more than necessary

For the first time in a very long time, I got hot and fresh food today and it was made correctly. I did not have to come back and have them remake anything. However, while I was waiting eight minutes for my food to be brought out to me, I watched the car hop named josh grabbed the tray with my food and drink on it and start to head out and then sat it back down, made himself a drink, drank his drink, then picked up the tray and brought my food out to me. I had already paid with a card and put a tip on it, if I had not done that, I would not have given that kid a tip.

I’ve given this Sonic way more chances than I should, and every time I regret it. I don’t even risk ordering food here all I ever get is a Dirty Coke but somehow they mess it up almost every single time. Either there’s no flavoring at all, or it tastes completely wrong. About 9 out of 10 times, I have to call the store after mobile ordering just to get the drink fixed or remade.
Normally I’d let small mistakes slide, but this is a constant issue. And considering the flavoring alone costs nearly $2, it’s frustrating to spend around $5 (that’s with a coupon) on something as simple as a flavored drink, only for it to be wrong nearly every time. Belton sonic is the WORST location I’ve ever experienced.
