I stop in this Starbucks often in the mornings, and everyone is always so pleasant. Even when they are very busy. I always see smiles on everyone's face, never a frown. Thank you, morning crew, for going beyond and doing a great job!
The service at this location is very poor. I drive from Des Moines to Oklahoma every few weeks and have stopped here a few times and have never had a great experience. If you go inside and try to order, you’re completely ignored.

Every time I go through this drive thru, every person I see gives great customer service. They make the coffee perfect every time, though mistakes are normal every now and then! They always make up for it. If I can't make it through the drive thru again because I am headed somewhere, I am able to contact customer service and they make it right. Really appreciate the work these employees put in to making our coffee.
Kevin is the man! Always has an amazing attitude and makes my day even better. Give that man a raise!

I got a grilled cheese that was only microwaved. I had to go home butter it and grill it again. Worst grilled cheese by far
