This is the best starbucks I have ever gone to and thankful it's my weekly location to visit. Everyone always greets you with a smile and treats you with great service and is consistent with their drink making.

This location is awesome overall. They always give good customer service and delicious coffee. Errors are very rare but they're always willing to make it right if a problem occurs. Kevin is the greatest. He knows me and my dog by name...which...likely means I'm there far too often lol. He always asks if we want a pup cup. We adore that :-)

I really like starbucks, it's normally my favorite coffee shop I like to go to. But if you like to try a different varieties of coffee? - My coffee Order is a: tall, Iced white chocolate mocha with nonfat milk with vanilla cold foam on top! & I get a cheese danish to top it off. It's really good combination of both!

The facility is well lit. Drive thru was busy. The staff was pretty fast. But one person was standing around looking at his phone - if it was an employee off duty or a manager they really should not be in eyesight of waiting clients.
Parking is good and handicap parking exists.
My croissant was heated and it was perfect.
On the downside this location is not real clean. The floors have serious dirt build up and should be hot water brush scrubbed and clean mopped. See pictures.
The walls had dirty marks, the area behind the counter had spills all over the fronts of the cabinets.
The leather seating was nice once upon a time but spills and wear are taking their toll.

Saturday night Dec 7. Had a barista named Von who listened just long enough to take my order and cared long enough to take my money, when it came to making the drinks it was obvious the careing was over.
Both the Venti Iced Americano and the Venti Javachip frappuccino were wrong while I watched him make it. 1 pump of mocha when I asked and was charged for 3 in the Americano along with too much water was added so a quick dump of espresso mocha and water to get down to the line and ice was added. Java chip was ordered without whip cream. Came out extremely light colored with an overwhelming taste of espresso and no drizzle on top. We were already in the car down the road begining our 3 hour road trip before we noticed how bad the taste was. But the Diva attitude Von gave us made for conversation between nasty drinks. Second time in a couple months I've had bad coffee and attitude from the afternoon people here. Too bad it's perfectly located on my way out of town, wish they could get it right.

I stop in this Starbucks often in the mornings, and everyone is always so pleasant. Even when they are very busy. I always see smiles on everyone's face, never a frown. Thank you, morning crew, for going beyond and doing a great job!
The service at this location is very poor. I drive from Des Moines to Oklahoma every few weeks and have stopped here a few times and have never had a great experience. If you go inside and try to order, you’re completely ignored.

Every time I go through this drive thru, every person I see gives great customer service. They make the coffee perfect every time, though mistakes are normal every now and then! They always make up for it. If I can't make it through the drive thru again because I am headed somewhere, I am able to contact customer service and they make it right. Really appreciate the work these employees put in to making our coffee.
