It is never a time that I go there that my order is either not ready when the app says it is or I get half way to my destination to find that it tastes awful and the directions were not followed from my order. I have to go all the way to Raymore who has never failed me. I order the same thing every time. That see me everyday and everyday it’s horrible I feel like today I’m drinking steamed milk with a shot of coffee lacking the caramel sauce of the Caramel Macchiato that should go in there and I pay extra for. Maybe just maybe if they are actually paying attention to tickets and not standing around talking they will start to get it right.

I frequent 7 different locations for my simple order of a Grande brewed medium roast. Been doing it for years. This location is hands down the consistently poorest service I experience. Expect nothing. You won't be disappointed.

The Barista's are so nice and friendly. I went there while shopping at Target and was unsure of what to get. The barista name Endya was so friendly and helpful, she even let me try a flavour I never had, something cute with a strawberry on top for Valentines. I was sceptical cuz I prefer the hot drinks but this drink was so delicious.I am thankful that she suggested it. She always knows what i want when I come in now.
