They never acknowledge we were there. We sat for 15 minutes and they said nothing.

Worst location in the entire city. Had one person working today at lunch. Waited for over 30 minutes just to have the guy cancel and go elsewhere. Not his fault.

Went in right at dinner..and there was only 1 girl working… several people leaving due to staffing issues… subway.. do better and have some more employees to staff your store.
Rave girl was handling it very well .. shame on manager for leaving her only to run dinner.
No more coke products. I guess business is bad and you need a few cents more per drink from Pepsi. I’ll go to one of the other 5 sandwich shops nearby
Rant to the extremely rude employee ….short with a beard….(wouldn’t tell me his name) that locked the door as I was coming in at 9:01 pm. Allegedly open till 930 pm on Saturday night according to website but employee says they close at 9 pm. I’ll be happy to take my business to Jimmy John’s from now on. Thanks for showing me that your business doesn’t value my business. I hope your company coaches you on appropriate behavior with customers. You were rude to several people. Not just myself. Do better Subway.

Ordered a footlong chicken and cheese dipper and a turkey bacon avocado wrap. Both items are tasty. I was in line watching someone who's is clearly in training working by himself. The bald trainer was on his phone texting while the trainee was falling behind. The food table wasn't prepared for lunch shift. Dishes stacked next to meat slicer, I only saw the bald guy wash his hands. I was overcharged for my food as well. The doordash lady was made fun of for waiting on her order after being told it was being made, but it wasn't. She had to wait a while. Needs to be ran professionally not by some lazy manager

There was hair in my food
Went to get dinner and they were out of bread and several meats. This is not the first time that we have gone to this location and they have been out of several things including all but one bread choice. Also a lot of the time the staff seem to not care about their jobs.

No customer service provided at drive-through order kiosk or at pickup window. I was unable to even place an order. There was no evidence of any employees seen within the restaurant during normal operating hours.

As subways go, it was ok. I'm not sure if they just felt overwhelmed when we came in or what, but listening seemed hard. My husband ordered a BLT and they started making him a BMT, which he caught. They also never asked 6" or 12" or bread type, just started making me a 12, which I unfortunately didn't catch until after it was toasted. Olives had to come off as they weren't at the freshest, which is too bad because olives are my favorite part! The servers were very nice, though, and even with all the mess ups they were courteous with the corrections. The place itself and restrooms were very clean so 👌 for that.

The guy working was very nice, but how are they always out of all the bread except wheat? And they were out of all the cookies. Service takes a while too.
Closing time online says 9:30 but doors locked at 8:46, and saw person in the drive though refused to speak and pretended to not see me . Won’t be returning

Wrong drink, footlong wasn’t toasted, the ham was DRY…that it was already crusting.. wthhhh. A bunch of teens that clearly can’t do a simple sandwich, nonetheless even take orders. Get better employees, or teach them better!!! This is sad, get better.
