I can only rate the environment. It was peaceful and smelled so good BUT who runs out of bread during 1 in the afternoon still lunch time and prior to 1 they hardly had but a half dozen customers.

Super rude employees. One older black male especially rude. It seemed I inconvenienced him by coming in. Won’t be returning. I left without even ordering bc of his rudeness.

I usually love subway but this location is terrible. every time I get stuff, they forget half my food. & when I try calling them, they just hang up. this location needs new management or needs to close

I ordered Subway tonight on their app and went and picked them up from the Raytown store. I got home and unwrapped them and were shocked as the buns were burned to a crisp! We asked for them to be toasted but seriously??
They were so badly burned we couldn’t eat them on top of the fact both were made incorrectly! I called them and they said there was nothing they could do to refund my money. I told them I couldn’t believe they saw how badly it was burned and wrapped it and sent it out the door. She then hung up on me!
We then wrapped them up and went back to the store. Waited our turn,as they glared at us, and showed them the sandwiches and asked for a manager. She said she would help us in a minute. She the told us she was the one that wrapped it and saw nothing wrong with it. She said this was what wheat bread looks like!!!
I then told her that I’m sure she would be proud if I sent her handiwork to corporate at which time she accused ME of burning the bread!!!
I must refer back to the fact that wheat bread normally looks like this. Remember?
After she accused me of burning the bread, I was done! We left the sandwiches on the table and walked out the door. I then walked back to the door to see if there was a phone number of a manager or corporate number and they ran wildly to lock the door like I was going to do something to them. 😂 We had given them no reason to think we were a threat at all. We are in our mid 70’s so we don’t look like a real threat. Following you will see the pathetic sandwiches I have discussed. I am venting because I am tired substandard product and service and this is makes me feel better I suppose.
For the record, this happened in Raytown Thursday evening around 6:00pm.

Bad service. Two men, only one serving at the time they want. You ask them to make your sandwich, and they get aggressive.
Last night me and my husband went to get a sandwich for dinner and we were told they don't have any bread to do sandwiches only flat bread. The cashier said it's all frozen and then has to thaw out to bake it. This was 7:45 pm how are u going to operate a sandwich shop without any bread to do it should of just put the closed sign up

They never acknowledge we were there. We sat for 15 minutes and they said nothing.

Worst location in the entire city. Had one person working today at lunch. Waited for over 30 minutes just to have the guy cancel and go elsewhere. Not his fault.

Went in right at dinner..and there was only 1 girl working… several people leaving due to staffing issues… subway.. do better and have some more employees to staff your store.
Rave girl was handling it very well .. shame on manager for leaving her only to run dinner.
No more coke products. I guess business is bad and you need a few cents more per drink from Pepsi. I’ll go to one of the other 5 sandwich shops nearby
Rant to the extremely rude employee ….short with a beard….(wouldn’t tell me his name) that locked the door as I was coming in at 9:01 pm. Allegedly open till 930 pm on Saturday night according to website but employee says they close at 9 pm. I’ll be happy to take my business to Jimmy John’s from now on. Thanks for showing me that your business doesn’t value my business. I hope your company coaches you on appropriate behavior with customers. You were rude to several people. Not just myself. Do better Subway.

Ordered a footlong chicken and cheese dipper and a turkey bacon avocado wrap. Both items are tasty. I was in line watching someone who's is clearly in training working by himself. The bald trainer was on his phone texting while the trainee was falling behind. The food table wasn't prepared for lunch shift. Dishes stacked next to meat slicer, I only saw the bald guy wash his hands. I was overcharged for my food as well. The doordash lady was made fun of for waiting on her order after being told it was being made, but it wasn't. She had to wait a while. Needs to be ran professionally not by some lazy manager
