Imagine being 6months pregnant & working a 10hr shift to get Taco Bell & the food was so nasty and soggy like the soft shells were dipped in water & the lettuce brown.. tragedy for me I’m so pissed

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a Taco Bell. Corporate should pull this franchisee and not allow them to continue running this location. I paid $10 for a quesadilla with double every thing. Not only did this place not give me my entire order but they also tried to justify how my under standard weight food was in fact double. I will say they definitely added more when I made them make it the second time but even the second time it was still not double everything and absolutely not worth $10. They even brought a scale out to show how it was double the weight of a normal quesadilla which it still was not double. Then I was shown how a normal quesadilla is 6. Whatever and my “double” quesadilla was 9. Whatever the math still doesn’t math very well! Last I knew double of 6 is 12 if that’s how you’re going to try and “show” it is in fact double. Corporate needs involved in this franchise as they’re legitimately robbing people. The management running this location is a joke and further explains the horrible ratings it already has!

Usually have mediocre service. However, tonight I made an online order, I got home and noticed two items were missing. I went back and they refused to give me one item and said that they would give me the burrito. I was not in the mood for arguing so I just said Just get it made so I can get home and eat what I do have to eat. We also ordered a quesadilla with extra everything which ends up being over $9.00. My husband went to eat it and there was absolutely not everything extra on it. $9.00 dollars for a half made quesadilla is absolutely crazy at the price they charge for extra everything. I understand they are busy, however when paying extra or missing items, this should be rectified

Every time I go to this taco bell, a 14min wait is on the lower end of wait times and my food is sub par even for taco bell. Manager thinks quoting the procedure is acceptable for ridiculously offensive under weight food preparation. Best manager Taco Bell has ever had, worst manager for good product and customer satisfaction. Go to the raymore Taco Bell or the Blue springs Taco Bell, they are truly an amazing group!

I want to take a moment to recognize Marlie. She was so very kind. The other manager there today could take a lesson from her. He was definitely not a people first type Manager. The world needs more people like Marlie. My food was hot and good as well. Great job Belton Taco Bell, other than the guy manager.

Every time I've come to this location employees are parked in the front spaces close to the door leaving only the handicapped spaces open and usually smoking on a break or visiting with their friends. One of the most unprofessional places I've ever visited.

Its taco bell.... have they ever gotten 4 or 5 stars since they changed logos from the brown and old buildings to new? Quality has gone down hill, but let it be an employees meal or friends/family's there is actually product in the items.

This place has been very disappointing for the last few months. We ordered 4 of the crispy chicken tacos and every one of them contained a single chicken nugget! Not even tender which is ridiculous for 3 dollars a piece. It took forever for 6 items to be made. We will definitely take the time to drive to the Kansas one from now on.

Honestly, this Taco Bell always has really good food and it’s always hot… They tend to forget things but when they get it right, they get it right. However, last week and today I went through the drive-through and got the same guy and every single time I feel like he is throwing my food at me and being impatient and last week I almost dropped my food and today I almost dropped my food. He’s super rude and would not recommend him for a job anywhere

Food is mid ofc (it’s taco bell), but service here is terrible, especially recently. The line is insane, and almost unbelievable. It should not take as long as it does. do better☹️
