Every single time I come here my order is wrong. At least one item has been wrong for weeks now. Today I asked for no beans on my nacho bell grande and received beans. Before you leave I would check to make sure everything is correct.

The person running the drive thru was amazing around 12:00pm noon today 2-19-25. I go through a lot and it was specifically well done. She made sure i had my sauce and napkins but specifically fork, which i need very much taking lunch at work, and told me so to make the process smooth. Very well done. I wish I kept my receipt because this was on my mind all day and I wanted to make sure it was documented. Thank you whomever.

When you have stuff delivered, and you pay for extra stuff which cost extra money and don’t get it and then you get told that you’re basically crap out of luck so waste your money. I don’t know about anybody else, but I don’t have the funds to be wasting money on something that I bought and don’t get.
Normally I go to Taco Bell and service is crappy and I get a $2.50 service for a $2.50 order. But today was exemplary. I was greeted with smiles and the food was brought out super fast. The food was amazing. Keep it up belton Taco Bell.

This place is HORRIBLE. Doesn't matter if you place an online or drive thru order they never fail to mess it up. Ordered online 15 mins before I arrived and food was not ready. The women making the order were more concerned about clocking out than my actual meal. On top of all this this place is FILTHY. This place is ZERO stars.

I went to this location a few weeks ago in the evening time with my family. We decided to eat inside rather than take it home. There was a slight odor by the soda machine in the lobby. While we were eating the smell became worse, even repulsive, even at the table we were eating at across the room. The odor was so bad it started to give me a migraine so I flagged one of the managers and asked what the smell was, she replied that the sewage was backing up into the drain behind the soda machine. She said it happens frequently enough and stinks to the entire restuarant. She then proceeded to tell us that she didn't want to answer any more questions and that we should mind our own business. If you are going to eat here I'd definitely recommend not eating inside and I question how sanitary the kitchen is based on this information, so I might recommend going to a different store.

Came through the drive through around 1:20am and ordered two bean burritos, two spicy potato tacos(no lettuce). And a cheese roll up with mild and diablo sauce. I was the only person in the drive through and they got everything but the cheese roll up wrong. The tacos had six potatoes and were full of lettuce with no sauce. The burritos had more red sauce than beans. And we got all diablo sauce with no mild. Either the kitchen staff working this shift must all hate their job because this was an easy order with no line. And to think these people think they deserve 15 an hour.
