This location is great. Sometimes food can be a 4 out of five but the service and manager are what made it for me. They made things right and accommodated us when they forgot my mom's food. We have came out to this location or a couple of years and will keep coming with this staff.

We must have got there just in time before the dinner rush. Was seated in less than 5 minutes. Drinks were served quickly. The bread rolls are always fresh. The steak was cooked perfect to order but they are always dry and tough even when medium rare. If you want juicy and tender, order the prime rib. The table kiosk is great as you can pay when you are ready to go and not wait for the server.

Everything was topnotch. No more peanut shell's on the floor. The steak was cooked perfectly. Everyone was satisfied with the food and the service.

Had to revise my review. Not sure if this restaurant is under new management or they've hired a new cook. We will never eat here again. I ordered a a $25 filet and it was the worst steak I've ever had. This was not a fresh steak. The steak was cooked many hours prior to it being served to me. It was extremely dry and in no way resembled a filet. My husband ordered a $30 piece of prime rib. It was at least 1/3 fat and the rest was unedible. It was cooked medium to medium rare but there was absolutely no blood. And the meat was like rubber. It's unfortunate because we've eaten here many many times in the past and have always enjoyed it. But there seems to have been a steady decline in the food value and the prices have increased. But our waitress was absolutely wonderful. The wait staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is great. The food is just gone extremely downhill...makes me sad 😢
Bone In Steak was under cooked, took it back and over cooked it. Wasn't very happy with the attitude of the manager. I understand she doesn't cook but she was fully aware my steak wasn't right.

Honestly, we usually love this location and the food, but it was terrible all the way around upon our most recent visit. The steak was way over cooked and never should have left the kitchen.. we literally had one person check back in on us the entire time.. no one came to bring us a bill or ask if we needed anything else. Of course you can pay at the kiosk on the table but we were going to get dessert for our kid.. but oh well. Couldn't even find someone to get us a to go box. My husband finally found one himself so we could pack up and leave instead of sitting there even longer being ignored. Overall, terribly disappointing and not worth the money spent.
