Ordered a Pizza, wings, and a 2 liter coke. Order arrived and was just the pizza completely wrong, no wings or drink. Called the store to get it settle “Alex” the manager was completely rude called me an asshole when I wasn’t even talking to him, tried to at least get a refund because I didn’t like his attitude or trust him with my food anymore. Alex is a safety hazard to this location a manager coming off hostile to a customer he should be trained better or not be in the position. He then hung up the phone on me so I didn’t get what I paid for or even get a refund stay clear of this location. Report Alex the manager was well definitely don’t want that guy near any food consumers are eating.
Orders were fine initially but delivery service quickly went down hill. Frequently received wrong toppings, cold food , and late deliveries. Refund request are denied!
Would not recommend.
Ordered online. Took an hour for the food to even be cooked. Total time was 1 hour an 38 minutes. For delivery when I was a huge 4 min drive away.
Last 3 deliveries were either wrong or not delivered. Last one wasn't even delivered after they were called and hung up a couple times after being adamant that it was delivered. I had to drive up there sense they refused a refund. They wanted to make the pizza when I was there but why would I trust that and had to call corporate. The manager was nice about it at least unfortunately he wasn't there until 10 minutes after I was.
I had an online order they gave me great customer service went over and beyond to remake my pizza every time i order from This location they never disappoint me food always on point
Drivers call from an unknown number to not appear on a list? Then claimed i was on the other side of town when I'm 12 mins away. Driver parked facing me (I'm the only car here) saw me, drove away anyways. They only came back for a $5 tip. Do not recommend this restaurant. If u want pizza, doordash is the better option.

Always 1 person in here, working hard to keep up with orders, pick up etc. Way to go!
Love this place as long as they have enough employees to operate. Often delivery is not an avaible option.
Asked for light sauce & still had sauce caled up around the pizza & crust

NEVER PAY AHEAD!!! took over 2 hours to recieve pizza and driver was to LAZY to even bring it to room. Left it at front desk. Pizza was cold and horrible just like their service!!
As ghetto as you can get. They never have any drivers, and when they do, it takes 2+ hours to get to you. One manager up there will at least call and let you know they dont have drivers after you order, but the female manager never does, and when you call up and ask about, she acts like you just inconvenienced her for making her do her job. Trash service. Dont go here.
Flew into STL at Hotel. Only place open and will not answer phone.
I ordered for delivery, waited patiently for an hour before calling. Waited on hold for 20 minutes. Then Finley got someone who said my order was on its way. A half hour later I call the store again because my order never arrived. Over the phone I heard atleast one other dissatisfied customer. I got told my order was just sitting there and Noone had delivered it. Staff was supper rude and I NEVER recommend ordering from this store
Dining in or picking up is a little faster than delivering because we’re short on drivers
