I usually give places the benefit of doubt. However, it was very uncomfortable professional for the cashier to be talking on his ear peace about a non work conversation while taking our order, then, no one had a drawer and couldn't take a cash payment. They had to take our order 3 times to get it into the system. The order took 26 mins, however took us about 20 to order ? I used to work at Domino's in Kirkwood about 4 years ago, they only had like 2 tickets hanging. The food was hot and tasty. Though, seems like they just need an actual supervisor that cares and things would become better.

1 star=0 stars. Delivery took an hour and a half. Called before pizza showed up asking where it was. They said we are short staffed and if you have a problem go to corporate. When you do that, it goes back to the store owner who doesnt give a crap to begin with so it dies there. Tried going back to corporate three times. No dice. Finally got the pizza and couldnt tell if i was eating the pizza or the box.

I don't go here anymore. Last time I ordered something from here, it took almost 2hrs, AFTER, placing my initial order. Which was roughly 45mins prior to my arrival. All that waiting to get a PARTIAL order. Had to wait another 30 mins to get the rest.Wouldn't have bothered me because we'd ordered from here before and learned to expect longer than usual wait times. However, that last time... More than half of the employees kept popping in and out of cars, corners and from behind the building for smoke breaks. Meanwhile, tickets were literally falling off of the printer while the parking lot and lobby were filling up.If you still choose to go here, you've been warned.
