I only made it a year here. I had to quit. The harassment, the discrimination, the prejudice people that’s in power Sean and Jim ( The GM’s ). The slackers get rewarded and promoted before the hard workers do. If you’re a hard worker and value yourself on that please do not work here. You will see all the unfairness when it comes to that. It’s all about seniority here. So if you were here for a minute then basically you get away with just about anything. People that has came in after me and worked way less time than me has moved up before me. I’m a very hard worker and pride myself on MY WORK and always get compliments on the work I do but that’s it, it goes no further than compliments and I can’t cash compliments at the bank so that bullcrap does me no good.!!!! Also when it comes to supervisors basically when the good is good, it’s great but don’t let you have nothing going on outside of gate gourmet that’s not important to them.!!! They will abuse their power and everything they promised you goes out the window because they feel some type of way now because you missed a day of work regardless what it was for. It’s PLENTY OF SET BACKS HERE AND VERY LITTLE PROGRESSION.!!!! If you’re pretty just get ready for the harassment from hr mainly (Michelle only) about everything everyone else do and wear but they will only be focused on you because of how you’re shaped and look.!!!! White people move up more than black people here and you will clearly see that with your own eyes here. White people are in higher positions and Alllllllllll the black people will be in lower positions like supervisors and very underpaid but will get more job titles added on to them that’s not in their description. Even if you take the right steps before something happens they still will blame you for reacting to anything that happens to you even after they have failed to do their job and prevent the things from happening like you came to them to do. This job is stressful and does not value hard workers at all and you will not move up no matter what you do and what type of work ethic you have. If you’re lazy and a slacker then this is the job for you.! You always have to check your time and make sure your checks are right as well and that can get very annoying.! It’s like having another job because you always have to make sure your check is right.! Veryyyy annoying.! Hopefully you won’t have a problem with your paycheck but if you do just get ready to go upstairs and get talked to crazy by ANGIE.!!!! You can be sweet as pie to her and she is still going to talk to you crazy and have the worst attitude because you’re bothering her about YOUR MONEY THAT YOU WORKED FOR.! Sean the Gm talks to you as if you never know what you’re talking about and expects you to do things out of your job description just because he tells you to. If you’re not sure who he is just look for a white bald fat man that looks like boss baby and is a German fat pig.!!!!! He is a complete coward and will not like you just off of hearsay and will never try to have a conversation with you unless you kiss his fat pig a**.!!!! He will make sure he keeps you from going into any new positions if he don’t personally like you and he do it from behind the scenes. It don’t matter how much work you’ve put in.! He LOVES to call the police on black people even if you’re a woman.! He talks to everyone like sh** and He is a complete sexiest and deserves to be fired.! Keep tabs of every encounter and document everything. I can’t stress this enough.! This job is so messy.!!! Even if you stay to yourself like me it will still somehow find you at this job, Especially if you’re pretty.!!!! I stay to myself and do not include myself in mess at all but you still have people that will be jealous of you and put in false allegations against you and it’s all so f*****g draining.!!!! I absolutely beyondddddd do not recommend this job to no one.!!! This job is ridiculous.!!! Beyond a** backwards and they wonder why they have such a VERY high turn over rate.!!! THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE CANCER.!

NO STARS TO GIVE: Why are employees' missing their hours on their paychecks? Why are people who work daily not coming home with a full paycheck? Human resources is trash and taking away from their employees lives by not providing an explanation or assisting with retrieving the rest of their monies. No one who works an 8+ hour shift each day should be coming home with a $10 paycheck....NO ONE! Fix it HR as this should have been a top priority as people have lives--rent/mortgage, utilities, car note, insurances, etc. STOP PLAYING WITH THESE PEOPLE MONIES AND FIX IT!

Worked here a while ago. Not a good place to work. Most of the people there are ignorant and half don't speak English. When I worked there I had to be there at 7 then had to wait an hour for the managers to show up and assign what I had to do. I've never worked a job where I had to pay to work there. Also could never get in the gate and they only give you one number and that number never gets answered.
