I have been here several times since 2023 when we moved in this area. The workers are usually very nice. We mostly go inside and only use the drive thru when we're tired or such. On New Year's Eve the only nice person was Trent. He genuinely cared about customers (delivery drivers included) & getting the orders right. I do understand that things happen that can frustrate you, but the customers had nothing to do with the store being out of supplies (they were out of a lot of drinks & probably some other things). Taking your frustration out on the customers is not right.

6 people back there and it takes over 20 minutes for a cheese fry and two sandwiches. To make it better I watched my food sit there for a good 10 of those 20 minutes before I asked for a refund.

The automated drive-through waiter, AI speaker was awesome. The folks working in the drive-through were great. The car in front of me dropped their bag in the drive-through and not only did they pick it up and get her an entire new order. They got extra fries for the inconvenience. The crave case that I bought was perfect.

The burgers are fresh and good but the inside needs to be cleaned. Tables and floors are sticky with soda stains. My daughter is 9 and said the bathroom needs to cleaned also. The crew talks too much.

Thereās very little reason to post this review because, letās be real whoās looking at the reviews of a white castle anyway? But thereās something to be said about the lack of intelligence of certain people the workers of this particular location.
No again donāt get me wrong, I wasnāt expecting rocket scientists working behind the counter to create me three star Michelin quality dinner. But when I pulled up, I asked if I could get my cheese sliders with no onions or pickles. Not particularly fond of either, and they donāt sell it with my stomach.
I was worried when I was using the automated AI order taker, but it wouldnāt know what I was asking for. So when I pulled up to the window, I asked ācould you please make sure thereās no onions or pickles on the sliders? I really just want them with ketchup and cheese if thatās OKā. Yeah, sure no problem.
When I received the bag at the window, I asked again āthese are just cheese and ketchup, right? No Onions or pickles?ā Yes sir, youāre good. At least she was polite
I get to moving and decide to just take a look under the bun and see what Iām working with and of course thereās onions and pickles. So I grudgingly removed the onions and pickles and ate my slider. Maybe it was a mistake. So I pick up the next one, same deal.
I thought maybe the first two were the issue, maybe the rest of the sliders were corrected and they just accidentally made a mistake with the first two and carried on. Nope it was like they decided to continue adding more and more pickles and onions for the sliders, the deeper in the bag I got.
Iāll stop Here. Just befuddled on how you can screw up an order so badly when the roadmap was laid out in front of you and reinforced multiple times.
