I was the only customer in the building and it took 8 mins to get my burger and fries. I asked about the delay and all he would say is ā5 minutes to bakeā. I was a little confused because I didnāt order anything that needed baked. Also, they were playing music so loud in the back, it was hard to have a conversation while ordering. Overall experience wasnāt good. I will not be back!

People running the registers can not speak or understand English clearly. They speak dirty English.
Door says open until 10 PM. Walk in at 9:05. In the middle of the order he says I make this for you to go. I told him I didnāt want it to go he said they were closing. I made it easy on him and we went elsewhere so he could get back to cleaning.

The employees thought it was more important to play on their phones and just sit down behind the counter then work on my food when I ordered it. I did not get my blizzard for 25 minutes after I ordered it and me and my family were the only customers.

The flies inside are terrible, I came with a friend and the flies just god awful, we were swarmed the whole time while waiting on our online order. I feel bad for anyone that sits inside and eats
The guy was really nice, but I literally had to yell in the microphone. I had to say multiple times what I wanted, but he read back my order. I should have double-checked my order but after screaming it into the microphone, I thought it would be right. I got onto the interstate, and it was wrong.

I ordered a single hamburger with pickles, ketchup & mustard. What I got was cheeseburger. When I saw it was a cheeseburger & told them itās not what I ordered, they said when you order a single it comes up automatically as cheeseburger. The slip rang up original single, not cheeseburger. All I got was their explanation of what the system does. They couldāve corrected it but did not. Iām not impressed with their business tactics.
