Fries seemed underfilled and the big Mac seemed smaller than I remember, but that is probably McDonald's corporate.

This was absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. Food was super old especially the fries could t even eat them guess that’s why they didn’t wanna give me the extra one I ordered. They didn’t charge me for it and still gave it to me but couldn’t eat any of the food anyways. If I hadn’t been driving all day I would have taken the food back. And the prices are outrageous l. Not from here so I guess that’s normal but everything is double the price of what I pay in Arkansas lol. Thank god I’m just passing thru do t have to ever deal with this ridiculous excuse of a McDonald’s again.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!!! Took 15 minutes for a 10 piece nugget.floors were dirty. Nobody was wearing a hairnet (hair was down). Bathrooms were dirty and there was A ROACH by the drinks. I don’t care if it’s convenient, it’s gross and should be shut down!

Every time we go to this McDonald’s it is a joke. Today we ordered ahead of time, got there and still waited 35 minutes. The young mother behind us asked for napkins, was told the store had none, she asked for a paper towel anything, they told her to go to her table and use the stuff in her diaper bag. Really, nice customer service. Over thanksgiving weekend we stopped order cheeseburger with ketchup and onions, it came plain. Ok, asked for ketchup and onions, they lit three dots of ketchup on it and two little pieces of onion. Ordered plain McRib, came with everything. I wish this was isolated, but it is not. McDonald’s should do some quality control, but I am sure they could care less. If someone wanted to open a Wendy’s, Arby’s, anything next door or across st from this McDonald’s, I’m sure they would succeed or at least make McDonald’s pick up the pace. Again I’m sure this will be ignored by McDonald’s and forgot about. Have a great day.

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in the country, next to the one in Cameron, Mo. probably owned by the same franchisee. Sat at the speaker for 15 mins. Told to pull into a spot to wait for 20 mins. Food was cold. How does that even happen?
This has to be one of the friendlier McDonald's. The staff was super nice, and helpful. My food was made super quick and had no issues!

We ordered our food and when we got to the window they informed us that they didn't have the things we ordered (Chicken nuggets).So we ordered something different, which was the two plain Mcdoubles meal, two plain McChickens, a small fry, and a chocolate shake. The two McChickens were not plain and they were covered in mayo and lettuce on the outside of the bun. The chocolate shake was disgusting and the Dr pepper that I ordered with my meal tasted gross. They also did not include the small fry.

Place is an absolute joke. Orders from the kiosk, all coffee was “out of stock” when asking 2 separate employees about the coffee situation neither of them even acknowledged my existence. Ordered dine in, directed us to take a table tent and put it in our order which we did. Didn’t print out a receipt, waited for our food for awhile when the lady came to us with our food in a bag and said “we thought you had left”. Then as she walked away she ignored us when we were telling her she didn’t get give us our drinks. Go to sonic, the place is terrible and have not seen one person cleaning off tables.
