We don't usually eat at McDonald's but I must say the McDonald's in Bethany, MO was excellent. Friendly, as well as hot fresh food.. Thank you, Bethany, MO Mcdonalds.
Drove to drive thru, order was taken clearly. The order was correct, the window staff were polite and nice. Yet professional.

So it's fine. Bathroom is basically clean. Placed my order at the kiosk and after a bio break left with the food.
Fries seemed underfilled and the big Mac seemed smaller than I remember, but that is probably McDonald's corporate.
