Got there about 10 mins before close after a basketball game. We were informed they were closed. So they could not make us a sandwiches. I figured u could order right up to closing. They were cleaning and clearing the ingredients. Seems they could do that at 9.

Ordered online, after arriving shortly after order to wait for my order to be made I got to watch them discuss making more product. They decided not to. I waited and then went up to claim my order and they told me they didn’t have any of that even though I had sit there and watch them talk about making more. This was just over an hour before they close.

New management is very poor. I placed an online order the passed two weeks, they did not follow the instructions. The most recent order I asked the sandwich artist if the sandwich’s were deluxe. When I got home to eat them they were not. I asked the artist specifically if they were deluxe, he starred at me like I was speaking jiberish. I will not get sandwiches there again.
