The dining room is closed and there’s only drive-through because Taco Bell doesn’t pay enough to keep good employees and they have a complete staff shortage because they’re not willing to pay

I was literally just in there. I had started to make my order on the kiosk across from a man and his son. I went to go grab my phone right outside the door so I could check in with my app and I swear on everything they locked the door behind me. While others are still inside. Half my order was on the kiosk. Now this makes it even more great is I can't even go thru the drive thru due to my work MERCEDES SPRINTER VAN 2500. They put a note up saying they doing maintenance but wow I couldn't even finish placing my order. And I literally had to wait over 200 miles cuz I can't stop until I do gas fill ups. So now I'm gonna have to wait til I need gas again on my way north to get my 6 soft tacos. Not a hard order to place. OR make. So disappointed.

I don’t like it service…i am pregnant . And i have expected lots of expectations but dont like service i have ask the front ledy and tell her i have already ordered in display just pay the cash on counter but she no answer and i am more waiting for. 10 minutes..then i have ask more then she cut the charge I don’t like why i am waiting for my order ..someone coming and this guy pick up the order ….shameless

We had a great experience here. Frank was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious.
35 minutes for an online order is ridiculous. Also ignoring me at the window and then giving zero apology for the long wait, ridiculous. Forgot our drinks and by the time we got the food and had waited so long I did even want to bother asking for the drinks. Very disappointing. But this place won an award. 🙄
