Still in the parking lot, and tried a bit of the mashed we bought, and the gravy was actually good, but the mashed potatoes tasted fake. Fake almost in like a powdered mashed potatos. Definitely not reql potatos. Wonderful customer service!

Make sure you watch your order go in the box or check before you leave. Ask for 3 legs but got strips instead. After asking for the legs, employee said he was going to refill the napkins and all the condiments first.. No one else was in line. Good for staying on your job, but put the three legs in a box and get your man back on the road, Then take care of that stuff and You will make less mistakes. Again one gold star for working hard, but I needed them chicken legs in my life!

I am a truck driver I go in about twice a week maybe more about once a month I will go and get some chicken today. I decided to To get the gizzards and a biscuit for five dollars as always tasteless and disgusting taste like old grease every time. As you can see how dry they are. I am giving a two star because of the biscuit was really good this time actually quite amazing

Best Chester Chicken in the States!!! Jackson, Tennessee was until I came to this location. They season their chicken here to perfection and I’m yet to go to one that does until tonight. The staff here should fry and serve all of the chicken at all locations lol

A chicken sandwhich that was soggy and 5 potatoes was $10. For that price the sandwhich should have been fresh! NEVER AGAIN!
I'm a truck driver so in many states nice people are hard to come by but Baby there's an employee named Ethan and Ethan showed me nothing but love. Gave me wedges to replace the biscuits because they weren't done! I told him I didn't mind waiting so he did charge me for the wedges and I waited for the biscuits. They came out so fresh and he gave me two for waiting and brought them to me personally! He was so dang sweet and was so happy that I was enjoying the food! If I pass through this way I'd love to say hi again! And I've been to multiple Chester's but this one's food was ON POINT FOREAL! THANK YOU ETHAN
