I ordered a plain double cheese burger, it was obvious that they just took a normal double cheese burger and just wiped off all the toppings before serving it up as “plain” I believe that should never happen, especially considering possibilities if someone has allergies or intolerances; at the very least they served us our food quickly. PS I wish the photo were better but there is visible mayo on the bun and onions under the cheese.

I went through the drive-thru and the person taking the payment at the first window ran my card wrong and my payment was declined. I didn't realize until I got back home hours later that he swiped the card instead of using the chip. I was very disappointed and will not go there again.

If I could give it a -5 stars I would. The lady in front of me ordered a double quarter pounder and it came out looking like ground beef instead of a hamburger. She returned it and had to make her another one. In the meantime, I had ordered a double quarter pounder they gave hers to me. I know it was hers because she showed it to me. When she returned her hamburger, they should have thrown it away, but they didn’t. They gave it to the next person in line that ordered to double quarter pounder. She had her hands on it looking at it, showing it to me before she returned it and they still gave it to the next customer in line very unsanitary very unprofessional.

I would like to say normally I have great service here and they are normally friendly. But today, I came in after stopping here for 6 days a week for over a year. Asked one of the workers to remake my coffee to add extra syrup that i paid for and the guy argued with me about it until I told him I stop in here 6 days a week and that it is not the right color. So I would like to take note that everyone else who works here that they do a wonderful job. I hope that I can continue to get great service and no let this one incident deter me from coming here 6 days a week like I have been for the past year.

Just a few minutes ago it took me about 5 minutes to get some girl away from her phone to take my order. In return I get a snotty attitude from another girl who claimed to be the manager , food that was way over cooked and my order was never announced, instead it was placed in a way I couldn’t see it. On my way out the two Loves employees shared similar experience with the same staff! What a shame .
