Don't go here if your trying to use/get Loves points like ANY OTHER restaurant around the world that is connected to a Loves. I normally save on to my points but forgot the wallet at home. Walked in for a small breakfast and ordered and the rude person behind the counter said we dont take your points, like you could have said it in a different way. So I walked back into Loves and got breakfast then

I went to order me, my son, and my fiancé all something quick for dinner tonight. I know how stressful it can be in a fast paced work environment because of my past experience. But i dealt with the person who took my order cussing up a storm and i could see he was a teenager but gives no excuse because thats still unprofessional. After i got my order i noticed they completely gave me the wrong order which was no biggy but standing there waiting an extra 30 minutes got peoples attention but the manager finally up and she was beyond just rude and snobby and in my eyes yes she probably was having a bad day but it still gives no excuse to act in that manner

Sometimes you walk into a McDonald’s and think, “maybe this one will surprise me.” Well, this one almost did — but not in the way I hoped. Inside it’s actually pretty clean, probably because there weren’t many people around. I ordered a double quarter pounder, which looked more like a regular cheeseburger, small and lonely, with just one patty that seemed tired of life. The taste was… tolerable, nothing more. Fries, though, were a total disaster. Usually I enjoy McDonald’s fries, but this batch tasted like it had been through the same oil a thousand times. The staff didn’t help the mood either — I stood right by the counter, the guy with the tray made a full loop around the room pretending no one was waiting, instead of just asking if it was mine. Only after I spoke up did I get my order. Honestly, come here only if you have no other option — but don’t expect much beyond “barely okay.”

I ordered a plain double cheese burger, it was obvious that they just took a normal double cheese burger and just wiped off all the toppings before serving it up as “plain” I believe that should never happen, especially considering possibilities if someone has allergies or intolerances; at the very least they served us our food quickly. PS I wish the photo were better but there is visible mayo on the bun and onions under the cheese.

I went through the drive-thru and the person taking the payment at the first window ran my card wrong and my payment was declined. I didn't realize until I got back home hours later that he swiped the card instead of using the chip. I was very disappointed and will not go there again.

If I could give it a -5 stars I would. The lady in front of me ordered a double quarter pounder and it came out looking like ground beef instead of a hamburger. She returned it and had to make her another one. In the meantime, I had ordered a double quarter pounder they gave hers to me. I know it was hers because she showed it to me. When she returned her hamburger, they should have thrown it away, but they didn’t. They gave it to the next person in line that ordered to double quarter pounder. She had her hands on it looking at it, showing it to me before she returned it and they still gave it to the next customer in line very unsanitary very unprofessional.
