This McD’s has the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered! Theresa was an absolute star and was making sure everyone in the place was taken care of. Each staff smiled and told us to be safe and have a great day. Let me tell you, in this divided world we are living in, the kindness and joy that the Bloomsdale Mcd staff showed to each patron was inspiring!
I would like to say normally I have great service here and they are normally friendly. But today, I came in after stopping here for 6 days a week for over a year. Asked one of the workers to remake my coffee to add extra syrup that i paid for and the guy argued with me about it until I told him I stop in here 6 days a week and that it is not the right color. So I would like to take note that everyone else who works here that they do a wonderful job. I hope that I can continue...
