Agaveros Mexican Bar and Grill is one of our favorite spots in Blue Springs. The birria tacos are incredible, my husband always gets the fajitas, and we both love the margaritas. The food is always fresh and flavorful, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The burritos have such an amazing flavor and are always fresh. Host and servers were very friendly and asked us how we enjoyed our food. First time here and will be back. We had the cream cheese burrito and the burrito agaveros, both so tasty.

The food here is absolutely incredible! Every dish I tried was bursting with authentic Mexican flavors. The tacos were perfectly seasoned, the guacamole was fresh and creamy, and the enchiladas were simply divine. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put so much care into every plate. I highly recommend it.
