I frequent this spot often and normally my treat is perfect. Today I had a treat that was missing some ingredients so I was a little disappointed, but called and talked with Kyle, the general manager. He was friendly, apologized for the mistake, and was quick to offer a replacement. Good customer service!

Andy's is the best!! If I want a treat, I will choose Andy's first. They can make you almost any flavor combination. The Snow Monster is my go to choice. In season I get the blueberry!

I come here all the time and I always have a large order.. in the past the staff has always been very friendly but in the last few months it has changed some… One young woman will visibly roll her eyes when I would pull up, and tonight I could overhear them complaining about me while I was waiting on my order. I know everyone has to let off some steam when under pressure but would recommend not doing it in earshot of the customers. Still love this place and have otherwise had great service.

It's not the cheapest, it's not the healthiest, but there's always something sinfully good there. I highly recommend the nutty waffle crunch and when it's in the cookie butter crunch is worth waiting a year to get once again.

I got a quart to go, but they only had prepacked custard which was as hard as a rock, completely defeating the purpose of fresh custard. They also use unnatural products like corn syrup and guar gum in their mix.

I ordered the triple chocolate today (my fav pregnancy craving lately) and typically there is enough additives in it that there’s something crunchy in every bite. Today I went and I was served pretty much plain chocolate ice cream. I went back around and explained the problem and was given a cup of plain chocolate ice cream again but this time there was even less in the cup. The man I explained it to was visibly irritated and I think he gave me the wrong thing the second time on purpose. 🥲
