I stop by almost everyday when I get off work or bring my kids & I LOVE this location, by far the best in the metro area. They have amazing custard. I always try & stop by when Jocelyn is working, she is very outgoing, sweet & has a great attitude that brightens my day every time after a hard day at work or with the kids. She always mixes my custard PERFECTLY. I always tell my family & friends to go to this location instead of the Independence one. All of the staff...
I wish they had more items without wheat elements but overall I love it
Dietary restrictions: There are a lot of fun menu items but almost all of the specials include gluten which is disappointing.

So usually this place is amazing… came here tonight and for whatever reason they were taking orders via Walky talkies(they’ve always used tablets). It was very frustrating and there was a lot of miscommunication which resulted in me paying 32 bucks for 4 concretes and each one was wrong… one was chocolate instead of vanilla, one had peanut butter instead of Reese’s, etc… please bring back the tablets instead of the Walky talkies
