I frequent this spot often and normally my treat is perfect. Today I had a treat that was missing some ingredients so I was a little disappointed, but called and talked with Kyle, the general manager. He was friendly, apologized for the mistake, and was quick to offer a replacement. Good customer service!
Andy's is the best!! If I want a treat, I will choose Andy's first. They can make you almost any flavor combination. The Snow Monster is my go to choice. In season I get the blueberry!
I come here all the time and I always have a large order.. in the past the staff has always been very friendly but in the last few months it has changed some… One young woman will visibly roll her eyes when I would pull up, and tonight I could overhear them complaining about me while I was waiting on my order. I know everyone has to let off some steam when under pressure but would recommend not doing it in earshot of the customers. Still love this place and have otherwise...
