The steak was all grizzle and under cooked, it was sent back and by the time the replacement steak came out everyone else was done eating and the new steak was way overcooked. The bathroom smelled of sewer and there was no hand soap (how do employees and patrons properly wash their hands). As a retired Health Inspector I sat there and observed several critical violations and basic cleanliness in the dining area, worries me for the condition of the kitchen/prep area..

Applebee’s has certainly lost their way. Gets worse every time we are here and I’ve run out of patience with them. The server was friendly and attentive but very poorly trained and I was surprised to find out she had been here for more than six months The wings were dry and skimpy and the sauce overpowering I worked at Applebees in the early nineties as a manager and we wouldn’t of served this stuff I can see why they are losing their market share
Well we are trying it again Service was not bad but the beer is warm and there isn’t a full flavored domestic on special for happy hour They consider Yuengling lager an import and it’s the oldest brewery in this country We had appetizers with friends and they were skimpy and put together with no care I deal like I waste my dining money when I’m here

I heard a server I think is named Paige complaining about serving a table of black people and screaming about how they never tip because they’re black and I would never ever want to eat here again. As a server it is your job to serve people regardless of how they tip you or their race or anything. Nobody tolerates racism. Do better.

Up front I want to make this very clear that this review is not a reflection on the store, but corporate. I order a sirloin. Even so out of an 8 oz steak I was able to eat 1 regular bite and a small piece that I was able to tear off with my teeth. Not even a freshly sharpened knife would cut it- there was so much corrective tissue, not just fat, that it was not edible. Like I said, the store is not to blame but whoever it is that found these garbage steals and I'm sure it's buying them relatively cheap, this should not be the quality of food you want to sell to your customers. Pathetic, truly.

Restaurant was hidden entry off Mo.-7 highway here in Blue Springs. The Eastside row area appeared to have 3 vacant businesses. Had lunch with a high school buddy. Each of us ordered the soup and ½ sandwich (or burger) special... about 12 combinations possible. Service was quick. We spent 90 minutes talking / updating / exchanging info. / catching up. Our waitress was fully attentive to our needs / wants as time went by. A good time at Applebee's, just like the old days.

Food took over 30 minutes to arrive, the fries were cold and the burger looked and tasted like it was cooked the night before and just microwaved, the cheese was unmelted on the burger

The gave free dinners to veterans on veterans Day. They were base dinners but very good. They even offered a glass of Budweiser draft with it. The server Skyler was excellent. Very friendly atmosphere.
Ordered car side to go after a long day working. My order was supposed to be ready by 6:21 I arrived at the store at 6:25 pm and called the store to let them know I was there and asked for additional lime and sauce. I waited over 20 additional minutes and called the store again. About 5 minutes later someone brought my order out. It was cold but I did not send it back because I was tired and hungry. I get home there’s no additional limes or sauce. The lime I did get was tiny. The food was very cold and cheese was solidified. I’m highly disappointed. Wish I didn’t leave a tip on the app.

Food was total crap they have changed their supplier none of the food matches the menu anymore. I especially noticed this in the chicken tenders because the pics looked light airy and fluffy but what I got was TV dinner dense hard inedible logs. We were the first ones there before the rush and it took them almost an hour to get us a seat. Out of half the things of the menu was a waste of time and money
