My son ordered for us at the drive thru, a number 13, a double roast beef meal. We were told to pull up by the door because they were still cooking the fries. So, we did and sat there for awhile until the vehicle behind us needed out. My son pulled forward and we watched as we waited on our order. I believe it was going on 8pm at this point when my son parked his car and went inside to see what happened. He was told they had given our food to another customer and started our order over again. Once home my sandwich was smashed as the meat was halfway off the bun and the fries were crumbs, close to burnt and hard to chew.

Tried to order in the drive thru but the manager kept asking if I had a coupon and I kept repeating that I did not so he yelled at me thru speakers and I wouldn't respond, just rolled up the window and luckily was able to back out of drive thru and leave. Manager came running across parking lot yelling profanity but I ignored him and drove away, never going back. Sadly been a long time customer but ill find another location.

Main food is not that bad but sometimes the sides are cold or not that crispy and for some reason last time I was there all the packaging was covered in grease. However that's not my main issue my main issue with the place is the fact that if I go there and spend anywhere between $60 to $100 I should be able to get more than a 8 damn packets of arbys sauce. The last three times I've been there I have dropped that much each time and each time it feels like a negotiation to get extra sauce in the last time I was there the guy looked at me in the face and said it will end up in the trash so no. I was not very happy the majority of the reason I go there is just for the damn sauce. Service so bad I'm probably won't be going there anymore I found the recipe for the sauce online and it's identical.

Ive came here countless times to get a 2 for 5 roast beef with a med fry and a 2 piece tinder and this time. This time they gonna be disrespectful and say I need a coupon. What? And the tone of voice put towards me was not respectful at all!
I went here yesterday and tried the Nashville chicken sandwich. It was amazing so I figured I'd go back again. Today I went and they said 6 minute wait so I opted for the gyro. I'll attach photo. The meat was cold and uncooked. This was about 910pm-915pm. I live 5 minutes away. The 2 star is because the drink was good and so we're the fries but the gyro sandwich didn't get touched. Hopefully you all can make it right. I kept my receipt.
