Ive came here countless times to get a 2 for 5 roast beef with a med fry and a 2 piece tinder and this time. This time they gonna be disrespectful and say I need a coupon. What? And the tone of voice put towards me was not respectful at all!

I went here yesterday and tried the Nashville chicken sandwich. It was amazing so I figured I'd go back again. Today I went and they said 6 minute wait so I opted for the gyro. I'll attach photo. The meat was cold and uncooked. This was about 910pm-915pm. I live 5 minutes away. The 2 star is because the drink was good and so we're the fries but the gyro sandwich didn't get touched. Hopefully you all can make it right. I kept my receipt.

Went through the drive-thru didn't get the correct order brought out to our car. We just looked in the sack, thought thought Yep it's there but when getting home it wasn't the correct order.

I don't eat arby's very often, but when I do and I come to the blue springs location.I am always extremely highly impressed with everything about the experience from when I first walked into the door until I leave. Staff is super friendly and super quick and everything always tastes perfect. I don't leave many reviews, but I feel like this needs to be noted..
I have yet to receive everything I ordered and paid for in the past 3 visits. Its so frequent and obvious, that it feels like its an encouraged business practice.

I've never seen so many people without hair nets hovering over food. I also have no clue why a singular roast beef takes 20+ minutes when I'm the only car. No wonder the new deli place next door was packed with a line while Arby's struggles to have max 3 at a time. I still love Arby's but this store needs some work.
