Bean Counter Cafe'

Extremely disappointed with the service here. My order was screwed up, and instead of fixing the mistake, the staff expected me to pay for it. Reluctantly, I agreed to. Then when I tried to pay with cash, they told me I had to wait in the back of a very long line just to pay for their error. Zero accountability and very poor customer service. The worst part, you tip before you get your food. If you do go, I recommend not tipping until you are satisfied with your food and service.

Amazing place! Sandwiches, smoothies, and lots of great drink options like bottled sodas, flavored lemonades, and refreshers. Love the fact that they also offer gluten free options (and their GF bread is actually good). Staff was also super friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back!

Took them over 30 mins to make 3 eggs (scrambled), toast, and hashbrowns. Dude didn't know what happened, I think they forgot or intentionally skipped me. I had to specifically ask after 30 mins and the food came right away...
Food was great. Didn't appreciate the service. Still tipped them 20% because of the lady taking orders, she was very helpful. Tip came before food otherwise I would have reduced it to 5%.

Highly recommend! Wide variety of adjustable food and drinks, incredible and polite service, and quickly served. I get both dine in and takeout orders pretty often and they have been perfect every time!

The Bean Counter Cafe is a gem! The food is consistently great and the service is even better. The staff are genuinely friendly and make you feel welcome every time you walk in. The counter staff is always helpful and their smoothie recommendations are spot-on — I’ve never been disappointed. The owners are super nice as well. A wonderful place with great vibes and even better people. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. Feel like there are so many good reviews. Came in to show friends from out of state around. Biscuits and gravy was literally freezing cold, when we told the waitress, she just took the plates, heated them up in the microwave and brought them back. The coffee was super watered down. The waffles were super raw on the inside. Overall just a horrible experience. Do not recommend. Paid 50$+ for a horrible experience.

The Bean Counter is an excellent local coffee and food venue!

The food was good, but served on small plate because of small portions. You get one slice of toast not 2. For two meals and only water for about $34 seems a little out of line. More for you buck at the Big Biscuit or Royal Biscuit and food is just as good or better.

The location is fabulous. Food was tasty and delicious. The staff was prompt and friendly. I ordered a southwest omelette and my daughter had biscuits and gravy. Both were very good.

Have eaten here several times. If you like eating at a small family run restaurant with great food and service, you're going to love this place. This is a Blue Springs gem.
