This is a food truck! I didn’t pay attention to the website and drove past it the first time I was looking for it.We got the Don and it was SO GOOD. I’m very particular about a wood stove pizza because too much ash on the bottom leaves you with an acidic/bitter flavor. This pizza did not have that. The basil was fresh and the pepperoni was not like the processed, store kind. The owner and his kids were very friendly and helpful. It was maybe a 10 minute wait and totally worth it.
