I love B&G, never had theirs. Got some this am. 7.00 for gravy with huge clumps of batter ( I thought it was sausage) and the Biscuits were so hard I can only eat two of them very disappointed. Very. Their burgers are so good. I can’t imagine why the lumps of batter like that. I mean it wasn’t edible and I’m not picky.Kid-friendliness: The staff is always so kind here. I’m just shook this food was so bad.

I will say the food and staff are lovely. I've only had one employee who didn't seem too kind, never had a food issue. However, I will say, it is massively ridiculous that the online application isn't updated for weather closures. I fully understand being closed for yesterday's weather, but not everyone is. I assumed this to be the case when I got off work and placed my order. I arrived to find the store closed, after my card was charged. The manager this morning refused to remake my order, instead forcing me into a 5-10 business day wait for my refund. Thankfully it wasn't a huge order, however, very inconsiderate and unfair to people who order mobile.

I don't usually do this, and honestly I'm ONLY doing it now, because this has happened SEVERAL times at this location. I live in between this location and the GV location. Depending on my runs depends on if I stop HERE, because GV is my preferred location for MANY reasons. Anyway, today around 5:45p I pull into the drive thru, I ask for a "Small cheeseburger meal w/sprite" the WITCH working the drivethru says "So you want a kids meal." Not a question, a statement. So I respond "Uhhhh I'm not sure, I usually just say a small cheeseburger meal and they..." before I could finish my thought she asks me about applesauce, cookies, or whatever. So I say "You know what, can I just have a cheeseburger, a small fry, and a small sprite". Still, being as pleasant as I can although I'm now irritated. She BARKS BACK "WELL I WAS TRYING TO SAVE YOU SOME MONEY, ITS CHEAPER THE WAY I WAS DOING IT" first of all, don't run my pockets, if I ordered it, I can pay for it. 2nd, why is THIS THE ONLY LOCATION THAT CANT FIGURE OUT A DAMN CHEESEBURGER MEAL! IM NOT A PARENT OR A CHILD! I DONT WANT A KIDS MEAL! I WOULDVE ORDERED THAT IF I WANTED THAT. I then tell her "You don't have to be rude and get smart." She cuts me off again, "IM NOT GETTING SMART" .... uhhh you ARE! SO BEFORE I CAN SPEAK AGAIN SHE YELLS, LITERALLY YELLS, THE TOTAL! I then say NO MA'AM YOU CAN KEEP IT! I then drive PAST MY HOUSE to the GV location, and get to the drive thru and say "HI, can I have a small cheeseburger meal with a sprite". The COMPETENT TEENAGERS say "Is there anything else I can get you?" PERIOD (RECEIPT UPLOADED WITH REVIEW). I HATE THIS LOCATION. THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE, they act as if you're inconveniencing them! I work in customer service, THIS AINT IT! I FOUND OUT THE LOCATIONS HAVE DIFFERENT OWNERS AND IT SHOWS!!! In the quality of employee, AND food! I promise, I intend to YELL FROM THE ROOFTOPS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU HAVE TO! and to the speaker box THUG with the attitude for $15/hr.... we pay for our food, not however YOU feel today. It took the God in me not to come inside, especially with this receipt after going to the other location. We all have bad days, and today was one for me, YOU MA'AM MADE IT MUCH WORSE! there are a few WONDERFUL people who work in this location, A VERY FEW! JUMP SHIP! misery loves company and clearly, this is the MISERABLE BK. I thought I got it MY way, well, HERE YOU GET IT THEIR WAY!!! Uhhh ma'am, In case you need to know how to properly serve a customer, or ring in this SIMPLE ASK... PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT OR SEEK TRAINING! The kids on Buckner Tarsney are great trainers!
