Just like every other fast food restaurant prices going up better off just going to sit down restaurant for the price.

Do not go here. I waited for 20 minutes just to be told my order hadn't been started. You'll wait in line for dozens of minutes. And when you wanna speak to a manager, a teenager will show up and act like they're the manager... Resulting in nothing. This store doesn't care about customers!
As someone who worked in customer service for decades I realize I might have high expectations, but THIS locations drive through has hands down THE WORST customer service of any Burger King in the area. Everytime I've been through there the kid at the window is short, cold and just plain unfriendly. Perhaps they should seek out people who understand what good customer service is, cause this just isn't it. We will be driving to Miners BK from now on, no matter how out of the way or inconvenient it may be, at least they don't act like we are bugging them there.
Unfortunately the service was slow we waited over 10 minutes for our food after waiting 5 minutes to be waited on. Everyone was friendly but looked kuke they were under staffed.

Always satisfied with food. Realizing it is a fast food option not expecting too much but good go to place.
The Manager, bless her heart, really was trying to work with customers and help, but one employee just stared blankly up at the screens inside, with their hood up was less than unpleasant. After 45 minutes in the drive thru (only one person was in front of us for the first 20 minutes) more unpleasantness, we finally get home and they had given us the wrong order. We had given up at that point and decided after the experience we had it wasn't worth going back.

NO NO NO!!!! WOULD BE MORE USE AS A PARKING LOT.....Worst location, service is occasional. Sit at drive thru menu until 2 cars ahead get ,pay and leave before asking my order. other times sit at drive thru and no one answers,go to leave driving around building and manager is outside side door on cellphone arguing with boyfriend. This place sucks...close it.....
Ticket time and food quality, terrible. Wasted time and money, independently owned complaints can not be forwarded to BK corp.
Burger King food is BK food. This location is special though! Their managers are AWESOME! Always friendly, a smile, and ALWAYS HOT FRESH FOOD! Best BK my family (wife/son) EVER go to!
From the moment we came in door, the man behind counter was professional, kind, friendly and very helpful and patient with my wife and my 2 yr grandson during menu selection. His kindness extended into dining area. He offered us a paper and was attentive to anything we needed. His positive attitude made our visit to your store a much more pleasant experience. I wish I had got his name. He was a taller man with dark hoodie. Appreciate this kind of service. The entire staff seemed to be very friendly and helpful as well. Fast food rarely offers such service.
Usually this Burger King is good to me, but the last time I went on December 15, I found a piece of sharp, hard, undeterminable material on my whopper, and nearly every drink on the coke fountain was out of stock.
