This _was_ a really good BK... hit and miss, but I think they had staffing problems (same as Taco John's down the street)... Sad to see this close, but it did get lost in the fast food suffocation that is Blue Springs. We really need a proper sit-down restaurant (preferably local BBQ to compete with Zarda)

Do not go here. I waited for 20 minutes just to be told my order hadn't been started. You'll wait in line for dozens of minutes. And when you wanna speak to a manager, a teenager will show up and act like they're the manager... Resulting in nothing. This store doesn't care about customers!

As someone who worked in customer service for decades I realize I might have high expectations, but THIS locations drive through has hands down THE WORST customer service of any Burger King in the area. Everytime I've been through there the kid at the window is short, cold and just plain unfriendly. Perhaps they should seek out people who understand what good customer service is, cause this just isn't it. We will be driving to Miners BK from now on, no matter how out of the way or inconvenient it may be, at least they don't act like we are bugging them there.

Unfortunately the service was slow we waited over 10 minutes for our food after waiting 5 minutes to be waited on. Everyone was friendly but looked kuke they were under staffed.

I used to care about this store closing down cuz they're never busy, but they make it so easy for me to not care. No napkins (again), no smile, no ketchup. Who eats fries w/o ketchup? The guy hands me the food, doesn't say anything and mean mugs me. Like im bothering him. Only one vehicle in the parking lot. Every time i go there, i wish i hadn't.

The Manager, bless her heart, really was trying to work with customers and help, but one employee just stared blankly up at the screens inside, with their hood up was less than unpleasant. After 45 minutes in the drive thru (only one person was in front of us for the first 20 minutes) more unpleasantness, we finally get home and they had given us the wrong order. We had given up at that point and decided after the experience we had it wasn't worth going back.

NO NO NO!!!! WOULD BE MORE USE AS A PARKING LOT.....Worst location, service is occasional. Sit at drive thru menu until 2 cars ahead get ,pay and leave before asking my order. other times sit at drive thru and no one answers,go to leave driving around building and manager is outside side door on cellphone arguing with boyfriend. This place sucks...close it.....

I was pleasantly surprised with this Burger King. Tess running the register was super kind and made sure our order was correct.My son wanted a completely plain whopper (burger and bun only) and the cook came to the front counter twice to make sure he assembled the burger correctly. It's not often that I receive such good service at a quick service restaurant. Big kudos to this staff!The burgers were big (bigger than I remember), hot and fresh. Also, love that the drink machines now include self-serve Icees!
