Mexican restaurants are in abundance, and generally, the food is similar between them. I typically get the crab enchiladas here because they use real crab, and most others use imitation crab. The real reason I frequent this particular Mexican restaurant in Blue Springs is because of the customer service. They truly treat you like family. There hasn't been a time when they have not confirmed the beer I desire and the extra hot sauce for the chips. Most often times it's the little things that bring people back, and I would say the customer service is Casa Mexico. Make sure you listen for their catchphrase, "See you tomorrow!"

I called in my order and when I picked it up it was still warm , very good except for the taco shell it was soggy and fell apart and the Mexican pizza was very good Thank you 🙃
Stopped here on a roadtrip looking for good food and it sure was just that! The portions were huge and everything was above average tasting. Will be coming back if I find myself in the area again.

We were seated and waited on in a timely manner, were given time to look over menu since it was our first visit. The waiter was attentive, food came out hot and fresh without a long wait. We ended up bringing home leftovers. The atmosphere was pleasant, restaurant clean, well lit. They also serve alcoholic beverages although we didn't order anything from the bar. Overall good experience and good food. They bring out chips and salsa too.

Grabbed an early dinner with friends before we went out for the night. They go there often so we got a very personal, warm greeting.
The food was very good and the service was excellent.
The carnitas had lots of flavor without being too fatty. Portions were huge. A great value for the money.

The ground beef smells like cat food and the pork in the pork tacos is so chewy you can't eat it. None of the food has any flavor. The only edible part of our meal was the fries. Would not recommend. There are much better Mexican places right down the road.
