I wish I didn’t have to even give this location 1 star. Worse Casey’s pizza experience ever. I have to go back to my home and cut the pizza myself. If you want a horrible pizza then by all means go here.

Last night a worker covered with tattoos was being outrageously rude to my 10 year old nephew as he was trying to pay for snacks. Typically when I go here the workers are friendly and polite but this time was completely different. My nephew later cried due to the man being so mean.

Not that this review will change anything.. I've visited this location twice this week around 745 am. Both times there wasn't a single slice of breakfast pizza or donuts. Which in my opinion are a staple for Casey's. The girl in the kitchen seems lost and isn't able to prioritize morning vs. Lunch food. There was 3 full pepperoni pizzas on the line at 745 am! Sad to say we will no longer be stopping here.

08/30/23 after calling to order pizza, the phone rang for an honest 2 minutes and no one answering. Went online and pizza pick up showed 15min (other two locations 45min). So placed order for Lg Taco and Lg 1/2 cheese-1/2 peperoni. Said order ready at 5:54pm. So I arrive at 6pm. I'm the only customer in the store, two employees in kitchen making sandwiches or something behind the prep rack. One finally comes to me when he's filling the warmer and I advise I was picking up. Turned around, looked at the oven and said 3-4 minutes. Mind you I was already there for maybe 2 minutes and it takes a pizza 6 minutes to cook. So I got a 2 liter, took it out to the car and came back. 6:15 pizzas were ready...now you do the math. Not sure what these two yahoos were doing at 5:35 when I placed the order but it appears not much and the pizzas went in after I asked about them. Needless to say I should had opened the second one as it was 100% peperoni not 1/2 so I had some fussy kids when I got home 20 min late and no cheese pizza. Cashier was prompt, friendly and polite...nice guy. The two in the kitchen though, moved at the speed of drying paint. No wonder their wait time was less, everyone else knew not to order pizza here!Plenty of room for improvement.
How is there no pizza in the warmer at 12:15 pm on 4th of July??

I have been here on multiple occasions just for the pizza during lunch. Everytime there is either no pizza out nor is any being cooked. If there does happen to be pizza out during lunch it looks like it has been in there all day or its breakfast pizza. I will definitely not be wasting my time anymore stopping by this location

I prepaid 20$ for fuel with my debit card, the pump shut itself off after .54 cents was pumped so the transaction was cancelled. I went inside to have them fix the issue and they basically said sorry about your luck, pay for more fuel. The cavalier and disingenuous attitude towards me was insulting. If someone was in a position were that’s all they had for fuel to get somewhere they’d be stuck at that gas station. I understand how the card networks put a hold on some transactions but that’s not the point. The attitude towards me was insulting. Furthermore no one made an attempt to figure out what happened so that future transactions like this could be avoided. It is what it is, this is now my perception on an otherwise good gas station.
