The chips sucked, they had literally no salt or lime on them. The bowl sucked it was 70% rice, 15% meat and 5% lettuce/ sour cream. I understand now why chipotle as a whole is declining along with other slop bowl places

They made my husband’s food so early that by the time I got it home (less than 15 minutes) it had soaked through 2 bags and spilled juice all over me bringing it inside. The place was also disgusting with all trash overflowing, no tables cleaned off (literally every one of them had trays, food, and trash to some extent), and crumbs/fallen food everywhere. Everyone was just standing behind the counter talking away with friends that had come in to hang out with little to no line. I get they probably don’t get paid enough and rush may have JUST died down so I get it, but this was embarrassing from a management standpoint. When it is that dead and so much needs to be done with no direction being given to even just go sweep, they need someone new.

Ordered online, asked for double meat and definitely was given the regular amount for 5 dollars extra. Id advise not ordering double anything that charges extra. Picture shown was the $19 bowl and that wasall the meat I could find.

They ran out of cheese. How is that possible? Not acceptable for such a critical ingredient, especially for what they're charging these days.

This is by far the worst location I’ve been to. They were out of cheese, which should have been my first sign to walk out. The workers had poor customer service. Once I started eating my food, the chicken was cold and the corn was like ICE cold like it just came out the freezer and all they did was let it thaw. Upon picking through my food I noticed how dirty the place was, trash was way over filled and looking into the kitchen looks like they haven’t had a dishwasher there all day. I will make sure I don’t go back to this location again.

five assocites working standing around talking not waiting on customers. Store very messy behind counter, food on the counters and all over the floor. When I placed my order they were out of white rice, had to wait to be made. Asked for pork and they were out, had to wait to be made. The line was long, to the entry doors. When I paid I gave the casher a 20 bill and she did not count my change back to me. I asked he if they count money back to customers, she said no in a rude manner. She was a young black female. When I got into my car I noticed she gave me an extra five dollars. I would have gone back in but she was so rude. Who is leading this team? Very dirty store and no direction. It was the blind leading the blind.

First of all i'm usually a nice disabled middle aged women,but on Oct. 25th at 2:50 pm the whole team except 2 GIRLS were VERY RUDE AND SHORT with my husband FIRST then i thought he might've been exaggerating ,but then when i came in nicely.They were the same with me. THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.They did'nt even know what PR was!!!!
Plus i was Doordashing and customer ordered a 'BURRITO BOWL AND GOT A STEAK BOWL' instead, and they messaged me about it.

In getting so tired of them screwing up my order. Then when you try to get it corrected, you can't just call the store and get it fixed. You have to submit a ticket and wait for them to get back to you. Such terrible customer service. Now, I don't have any lunch, have limited time and no one to address my issues. So thanks for automating your customer service so much that I won't be coming back.

Chipotle food is delicious. There's a great amount of seasoning and I am addicted. Be prepared to spend a little though compared to other fast food places. With the price increase at other places, it's getting close to being the same. It's so worth it as the portions are big and delectable.

There were several workers, & only 2 people in line ahead of us. The lettuce was nearly empty, & the peppers/onions were completely gone. When it was my turn, I asked if there were more vegetables & was told no. This was around 530pm on a weekend. I got a bowl w/half chicken & half pork. The pork was so tough, I had to pick all of it out because I could not eat it. The remaining lettuce was used in my bowl, but my friend had to wait until someone went to get more lettuce to finish his order. There were plenty of workers all standing at the front counter & it had clearly been almost empty before we arrived. This was not a great experience & left us disappointed. We will probably avoid this location in the future.
