It took almost 15 minutes to even be greeted….

Paid 23 bucks for someone to give us a handful of food. The portion sizes are insanely small for what you pay. Better to just go to the grocery store, what a waste.

The story that gave me the idea for this review started because my order was botched. I called the customer service line through the app and all they could do because it was a call center somewhere else was offered me a refund on the part of my order that was not correct, or just was missing out of my bag. I went back up to the store just to reorder my food so I could get my meal, and replace the meal that was misplaced in my bag. I didn't ask for any of it, but they decided to just give me my entire order again, on the house. You do not get customer service like that anymore, and I think this Chipotle deserves that kind of credit. I was 100% ready to just reorder my food and pay for it no big deal I'm not one of those guys that loses their minds when my orders messed up. People make mistakes it happens all the time if more people would give Grace instead of disrespect the world might be a better place. They didn't have to give me that order but they did and I hope corporate reads this, because every single person that's working at the Chipotle between 5:00 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. on January 3rd deserves kudos. It's exactly what Humanity should be was what was represented today at that store

Leather barstools are ripped and area by the fountain was dirty, the water tab was stuck on and just running. Pictured is a $9.50 chicken burrito rice bowl that has not been touched. The bowl has white rice, black beans, chicken, corn salsa, sour cream, and cheese however far less than the normal portions that we don’t mind paying $9.50 for.

They move extremely too slow like turtles and seem like they really know what they’re doing. Like the rest of the comments and say lots of teenagers who have poor customer service etiquette. A lot of times I’ve come in and nothing is wiped down they just slide your food tray over sour cream and guacamole.. As well as there was another time I had to tell a young lady please tuck her hair back because it was hanging down over my food. 🤮 I’ve tried to hold off on writing this several times because I honestly do not like writing bad reviews but everytime I come in I’m reminded of why I need to get on it, they need a little help, they are in the struggle bus!

Everytime I come they never have enough food up . Theres a bunch of teenagers working which if fine .. but there needs to be someone ensuring there is food up especially at peak times . But this location it doesn’t matter if it’s dinner or lunch you’re always waiting to something weither it’s chicken or queso or rice . Tonight I got a bowl . I barely got any chicken I asked for them to put more on they said it was going to be considered double . There was barely any on my bowl . I don’t argue with peoples kids so I accepted it for what it was . But portioning , cross contamination, customer service and ensuring food is kept up is why they could use a little direction .

I’ve never had such a horrible experience at Chipotle. Customer service didn’t exist - no “hello,” “thank you,” “how may I help,” nothing.
The food was cold, the white rice and black beans were undercooked, while the veggies were overcooked and burnt.

I HATE TO WRITE THIS considering I come here at least every other week, but I spent 15$ and My food and it was completely cold and the beans tasted so weird. I was unable to eat it:/
I tried calling to get this issue resolved but it was just an automated voice telling me it sent and email to resolve it, but I did not get an email I called 4 times and it was the same message.
I went online to see if I can fix it but I need an order number and I didn’t receive my receipt.
The team was kind and getting through the busy line. I just wish I could eat my dinner or get ahold of someone to help resolve this.

I loved this location when it opened but delivery from here has dropped in quality severely. It shouldn’t be a gamble on how much you will get of meat or guac each time. (Or anything really) Consistency is how you get repeat customers. Inconsistency is how you lose them.

Customer service sucks full of kids. They talked the entire time completely ignored that I was standing there. There was no hi hello one moment just dirty looks and loud banging pots. The restaurant stinks and pee on the floor. I have never received this level of disrespect. Won’t be coming back and I’m a regular. Signed pissed customer

If you order pick up, make sure to check before you leave because my order was wrong and when i went back they literally looked at me like i was stupid. When they finally gave me the right thing they didnt apologize for the mistake or the inconvenience it caused. Im in the service industry, shit happens, an apology wouldve made that experience a lot better
