The story that gave me the idea for this review started because my order was botched. I called the customer service line through the app and all they could do because it was a call center somewhere else was offered me a refund on the part of my order that was not correct, or just was missing out of my bag. I went back up to the store just to reorder my food so I could get my meal, and replace the meal that was misplaced in my bag. I didn't ask for any of it, but they decided...

Chipotle’s food is flavorful, fresh, and consistent. The real MVP at this particular Chipotle is Brie! She leads with positivity and a smile - it’s infectious and genuine. Her level of customer care is off the charts. We have stopped going to the closer location - because of her.

They made my bowl exactly how I wanted it. Without any hassle or charging me extra. Not that I got extra I got fair. The place is clean, the people were nice. Way better than the other one in Blue Springs. I go out of my way to go to this one.
