Around the drink machine and condiments was littered with trash.

Was there last night the after repeating my order at least 5 times to the girl she finally got it right. Waited for food mind you they were not busy and had at least 6 employees hanging around in the front took about a good 10 minutes to get food. I didn't check the bags until I got home only to realize once home that I was missing the fries and onion rings on 4 of the 6 meals. Called the store and asked for manager which guy that answered said he was the manager and when I told him he pretty much said I was lying as I should have gotten 2 bags. I said all 3 adult meals and the 4 kids meals were shoved in one large sack but no fries or onion rings he kept questioning me and I said no I didn't get the fries or onion rings. I explained that I had not spend just $10 but rather $70 and this was unacceptable. Steven never apologized rather asked again if I was sure the fries weren't there and could just say to take his name and write on my receipt for next time I go I can get the fries and onion rings. Obviously will not be going back the whole experience was a joke. Culvers do better as this is not the experience I was expecting after grabbing dinner on the go for my family after a busy night of extracurricular activities.

It was your basic Culver's. Employees seemed happy when I stopped in at 3:30 on a Friday. The dining room only had a few customers but the drive-thru looked steady. Before I got my food I went to use the restroom and wash my hands. The non-handicap stall had absolutely no toilet paper in it. What should have been 2 giant rolls was absolutely empty. I had to use the big stall instead. Maybe the TP was on backorder? Who knows. I made sure to let the staff at the counter know about that before I left. Aside from that, unremarkable.

Do the surveys ( they are all the same survey). Every receipt has a long validation code that's printed on the bottom of your receipt that allows you to do the survey. At the end of the survey, you'll get a 5 digit code to write on the receipt which allows you a spin on the wheel. Whatever menu item it stops on is what you win which you can redeem immediately or keep and redeem on your next visit. You can also go through the drive through to redeem your coupons. Also, kids meals come in a brown bag with 2 coupons that are easily torn off the bag. One is a coupon for a free kids meal once you have 10 coupons, and the other is for 1 scoop of frozen custard, your choice of flavor & topping OR choose a free cone,( cake cone or waffle cone) with your flavor choice & topping. Every receipt allows you a spin at the wheel = free food!

Food was great. Atmosphere was great. Service was OK. But order mix Up the onion rings Were Forgot in the Order so in the Drive Thru we told forgot the onion Rings and then they Got them to us

Otis Patterson… the manager. That’s the reason for my rating. I went up to order my ice cream after my meal. A young lady was talking my order but got confused on how to apply coupon, which was fine. So, Otis asked me to tell him which one was missing. Then I was confused because I couldn’t remember what he just said so I told him. He was frustrated with me and said to calm down he’s trying to figure out what I want. I told him my complete order again. I told him I didn’t get snippy with him and I don’t appreciate being accused. He replied by saying I don’t appreciate your tone. I really didn’t have a tone or intend to come off rude, I just asked for him to repeat because I was confused. He looked mean and was really rude. The girl looked scared. I have tattoos on my arms and was wearing a metal shirt. Maybe, I was stereotyped
Delicious as usual. I was treated kindly by the staff, and the food was hot and fresh. I always love going to this Culver's for a reason.
